My daughter thinks she has mold in her room. She is having mold type symptoms. I told her to get up with management . This is a big deal if there its for the money we are spending .

My daughter has been living in White Creek for 2 years and she's planning to stay until her graduation; 1 more year. It's safe and convenient in all ways for a college life.
The apartment unit itself is very spacious and has lots of storage in the kitchen. 100% recommended!!

It’s by far the nicest place to live on campus. I’ve absolutely loved living here and the area is so nice.
Pros:
- The Community center with a sand volleyball court behind it
- The Activity center where you can play ping pong or just study
- Pay by semester apartments that are quite nice.
- Own room, kitchen and a washer/dryer per apartment.
- Bus route to take you to main campus or it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the MSC.
Cons:
- Mail. Sometimes getting your mail can be a headache.
- Parking. Getting a spot in 122a comes with a bit of luck. But 122b isn’t too far.
- Expensive. Definitely cheaper places to live off campus with more amenities. Even still the apartments are very nice.
- Late buses. The buses are late quite often.

Way too expensive for what you’re getting! tiny rooms & NO PARKING was so annoying. Had to take the bus to main campus even though these apartments are still on campus. I didn’t like having an RA in an apartment still. Trash was really far from us, we had a long walk to get our trash bags to the trash room. Our dishwasher, oven/stove, and washer all broke in one year and each took over 2 weeks to fix & we only got $50 back from rent total when the washer broke & we were told that we would just need to find somewhere to do our laundry for now since they couldn’t fix it yet. I didn’t always feel super safe here either and the walls were super thin so it was loud all the time when people down the hall or outside were loud. It was decent, but i couldn’t wait to get out of there by the end of the year.

Good place, but not for the cost.
Pros:
Kitchen
Individual rooms with locks
Washer/dryer
Relatively quick maintenance
Community center nearby
Cons:
Hard water
Quite pricey
Near airport so you can hear when nearly any jet lands on the nearer half of the tarmac
External vent system is often loud during high winds.
No parking lot cameras
Hot water sometimes runs out
