MEN's Raintree apartment

2 1/2 months at a men's apartment at Raintree commons. Renewable for fall. I can negotiate subsidizing rent if you are interested. Apartment has two fridges, a TV, balcony. Laundry is across the property and is $2 to use the washer and $2 to use the dryer. Very friendly maintenance. Raintree also has a pool and hot tub. There are currently three other people living here, with the other two roommates having moved out and letting their contract expire mid-august. Great ward and social aspect. I will be living elsewhere this summer and will not be back to school in the fall and as such will not be using this apartment starting May 30th.
