It is located in a good spot for attending BYU and the environment is great. It is a little pricey, but the grounds are well kept and the apartments are nice. They're not the coolest or largest I've seen, but I am comfortable in my space. Make sure nobody makes any food after you've cleaned for cleaning checks. They'll mark you on small things.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Raintree Commons. The community here is super friendly, and it’s easy to feel connected with the people around you. The management has been helpful anytime I’ve had a question, and maintenance is quick to respond and take care of things. The location is great—close to campus, food, and everything you need. Overall it’s been a comfortable, positive place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for student housing in Provo.

I have loved living at raintree! The price is well because of all of the amenities provided. The only con is that it's not walking distance to campus, it's like 30 minutes but there is a shuttle that picks you up right in front of raintree! But it's a very fun and pretty place and I love my ward. There are the best people and it's super nice to study in the clubhouse as well!

It's a pretty average place to live. A little expensive, but if you need somewhere to come to and make your own, it works! I've enjoyed it, but I know others haven't. Follow the rules and you'll enjoy it as well. Plus, Freddy, the repairman, is very kind and helps a lot. Always willing to fix things with a happy attitude. He came in to fix our dishwasher (which turned out to be as simple as setting it to a new cycle so it could drain... oops!) and then fixed the tube to ensure no further problems, AND then tightened the bolts on our lock on his way out because he noticed it was loose. Very good!

This review is only abt the staff. That being said, I just wanted to give a quick lil shout out. Ambiance is something I love and one of the workers named Luke went out of his way to get the lights working on the back deck at the lounge. It’s a small thing but it made me really happy ✨. He didn’t even ask questions, he just got up and made it happen. That’s pretty awesome stuff right there. 🤙🏼
