Coal Yard Apartments

I had a great time at this apartment building. The apartment building features spacious bedrooms, spacious and a well-equipped kitchen, and bathroom. The apartments are also very affordable. The landlord, Mr. Beer, and his coworkers take excellent care of the apartment building and are consistently respectful, kind, and helpful in addressing any issues that may arise in the apartments. They ensure cleanliness and hygiene in and outside the building. The leasing manager, Amy, is very kind, helpful at all times, well-mannered, and highly professional. The maintenance is always prompt and helpful. There is no apartment building in Ithaca that is as spacious, clean, and well-maintained as Coal Yard Apartments, as far as I have seen. I recommend that all graduate students consider Coal Yard Apartments as their top choice when searching for apartments in Ithaca. It makes you feel at home. The landlord, his coworkers, leasing manager, maintenance staff, and everyone else who takes care of the apartment building are very good people and not rude. They make you feel at home and genuinely care about the safety and comfort of all graduate students. Thank you, Mr. Beer, Amy, and everybody else!

Very spacious rooms that are well-priced by Ithaca standards, with modern apartments that feel thoughtfully designed. I would have liked to see more amenities for the price and location, such as a small gym, grills for tenants, or better use of the rooftop space since it currently goes unused and could be a great outdoor area for residents. Maintenance requests, particularly drainage-related issues, could sometimes take a week or two to resolve. Overall, though, I had a great year-long stay and would recommend it to others.
