Good location but this place blows, had a maintenance request for a light that took 8 months to get fix.. Cant even enter the building after office hours because the front door has been broken for almost a year. Take your money and your heartache somewhere that wont rinse you for minimal effort and everything in between.

I had a small billing issue and was connected with Ethan in the leasing department. He was incredibly professional and addressed all my concerns. I'll admit, I was a bit short with him, but he answered my questions patiently/professionally and in the end everything he said turned out to be correct. Very much appreciated!

10/10, management is absolutely AMAZING, wifi is amazing and NEVER has ANY issues. YOU hear me!? NO ISSUES EVER! very spacious, close to campus, furniture is in good condition, and showers are GREAT (hot water NEVER stopped working, because why would it? This place is amazing). I even tipped my landlord because they're such a great person.

Honestly if you’re looking around it looks like a good option, but trust me it isn’t. The only good thing about renting here is it’s proximity to campus, the staff is friendly… but that’s about where it ends, maintenance requests never get fulfilled, have had warm water for around 7 months. Had management knock one time and let them selves in before I could even get dressed. Breakers flip just from using the stove and microwave at the same time. Paying money for a parking spot that always is taken. Honestly that’s just the tip of the iceberg, definitely one of the worst places to rent from

The rooms are sunny, spacious enough for 1 person to live in. My room was about 145 ft². And I posted a pic of it to show how it actually looked like. All furniture was new and modern looking, in a good condition.
A fridge seems large for me. I lived with 4 other suitmates, but we never experienced a lack of space or smth to put in all our products. There is a plenty of shelves in kitchen to store long term expired products, so if you don't buy any goods a year ahead or further, preparing for unexpected Apocalypsis and starvation, everything can fit there. That's just my opinion. A stove is also wide enough to cook 2-3 meals at a time. It was pretty comfy to cook with other suitmate simultaneously.
Beds are wide enough to sleep in a "star" pose, seriously. A mattress is also soft.
I think this apts is a reasonable choice for OSU students, because it's literally 3 min of walking to campus. It is usually takes me 5-7 min to get to my classes.
The amenity fee which is coming within the rent includes everything except electricity bill. The overall expenditures was about $750 per month.
The internet connection was good and fast, never disconneted during the year. However, my phone cannot find signal from time to time. I use a AT&T, just be aware.
The staff was really friendly to me, they helped me to figure out many of my problems. I got many stupid questions about lease contract and bills, bc I just started living separately from my family, but they were really patient and explained all in details. So my personal experience to converse with them was really good. They even did not charge me when I accidentally triggered the fire alarm.
One of the greatest thing here is the Free Food days and BBQ on a large balcony on the 2nd floor. The Free Food Fridays are still provided for the residents now (June 2019), but there was a couple weeks delay when the new staff were just hired. I also often took a cup of free coffee in the lobby. There is a coffee machine there.
I found some friends on different events for the residents and we hanged out a lot over the year. So, if you looking for a place to become a part of the community or find some friends, that's a good choice.
But it is still pretty quiet place, there are no really noisy crowded parties. I was never disturbed by outside noises during my studying.
