Moved here about a month ago. Needed some commonly expected maintenance. Ex. dishwasher was older, had something short out. They ended up replacing it. Tub started filling up with water when showering. (A woman lived here before me and I shed a lot too). They called to come same day. Super nice, called when on way so I could prep my dogs and they wouldn’t be set off by knocking. Which I requested. I wfh, both maintenance needs were no disturbance. Fist guy for dishwasher Erik, today for tub was Carlos, both awesome dudes. I moved here from out of state so was heavily dependent on reviews. This property got new owners ~3yrs ago and you can tell the difference in reviews since that time. New siding. Clearly invested in great maintenance and positive experience, without being oppressive. Parking is $8/mo. That’s nothing. Pros: 6 mins from Green Mountain. Right on a reservoir with an amazing view to walk around, with a little wooded patch to walk and a paved path for most. I love the raw nature. Nice neighbors. Dog friendly. Ample green space for bathroom trips, with dog bags and garbage. Huge dog park. Considerations: (person dependent) “Mid-grade” cabinets and countertops (true to online pictures).. I’m very happy with it, but a consideration for some who want high grade“luxury”. A lot of families (kind/thoughtful). But if the sound of children experiencing joy is a sensory nightmare to you, something to consider. However all the kids are SO cute and polite and non-invasive IMO. Lots of dogs.. so if yours is highly reactive may be a consideration. Honestly my only mild grumble is there’s litter on the rustic side of the reservoir along the entrance main road, so I don’t do a full loop and backtrack instead. Most places do clean ups in the summer but based on their responsiveness so far I wouldn’t be surprised if they attended to it just from seeing this. For perspective, I’m NY Italian. Complaining is our favorite hobby. I actually enjoy my neighbors here, which is wild, and I have no actual concerns. I love it here so far and expect to stay here a long while (unless rent jumps audaciously.. which I don’t foresee).

I love living at this apartment complex, it's like no other in Colorado. They are quick to answer maintenance request, they have events for the whole family, and offer so many different resources for their residents. I really want to give a shout out and thanks to Eric and Carlos for helping maintain our apartment and being quick to fix maintenance issues! You guys rock!
