I have lived in this building for almost four years and have never had such a kind, respectful, warm, and humane experience with the maintenance staff. Many times I requested maintenance work in my apartment, and on several occasions, those requests appeared in the system as resolved without actually being completed. I believe that being a tenant who fulfills their responsibilities and takes care of their unit should always be reason enough to receive prompt attention when there is a problem with the apartment. Congratulations on hiring Benjamin; he clearly represents the values and principles of a high-quality individual whose demeanor is kind, empathetic, and respectful. 😀

Hilariously over priced for how poor the units and amenities are. Laundry room has no working machines, maintenance requests take literal months for anyone to come by and they either leave a big mess or don’t fix the problem. They sprung a surprise $500 utility increase on all tenants during the holiday season, but we spent the last two months of our lease without working heat during the coldest months of the year. They’ll keep your deposit and then claim you owe them more after you move out. Seriously look elsewhere

We were told at move-in, roughly a year ago, that a washer and dryer would be installed in our unit within a month of our move in date.
Fast forward almost a year later and still no washer and dryer. The last maintenance person finished all the electrical and plumbing work and said our unit passed the final inspection just waiting on the units to be installed. It’s been radio silence for the past 4 months and it is nothing but excuses when I follow up with the leasing office. The community machines are disgusting and unusable.
Not sure why it is so hard to get the w&d installed. We are aware there is an additional fee for the units once installed— does your company not want increased revenue?

We’ve been here a week. So we are very new here. Carmen was excellent help with the leasing process, we definitely kept having some technical issues with things on our end. The apartment was clean, walls newly painted, floors were shined, carpets were clean, the apartment didn’t smell. We had some issues we missed during the checklist process. And within the week we had maintenance here to fix it. We had a slight leak under the bathroom sink and 2GFI and one regular outlets out, Justin and Gabe came and fixed the problem. They were polite, professional, and communicative. Very friendly with my son, who is very busy at times. So far, The grounds are well kept, pest control comes and does apartments. And the neighbors have been quite friendly. So far we love it here. Perfect for our little family and our friend.

We moved in to our unit in August. The day we went to pickup our keys we were told our unit was not ready, but we were told someone would come clean it by the end of the day. The unit was completely trashed and they had left ripped up carpet and paint buckets in the unit (which are still sitting on my patio). It seems that management has no intent to make sure units are ready prior to move in (as seen by the countless number of people who have had these same move in issues). Our unit was missing the washer/dryer and we were told we would be getting one “soon” (we still have not gotten our washer/dryer and have spent a ridiculous amount of money on the machines that do not even work in the common areas). We were not given a mail key and were told the last residents did not turn it in so we would be responsible for replacement costs. When speaking to the property manager about the situation she was extremely unprofessional and rude, but eventually agreed to cover the cost of the new key.
We had several maintenance requests put in within the first month of living here and we have still not had anything taken care of. Neither the air conditioning or AC have worked in our unit.
Do not even bother trying to reach the office. They will not answer your calls or emails and will not respond to any voicemails. These people do not care about their residents or the property and it’s very clear.
