Sabika was incredibly helpful—clear, professional, and attentive throughout every step. She made everything easy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sabika truly is the best.

I have lived at Centerpoint for a couple months now and really enjoy it :) It's nice, quiet, and the office is kind and responsive. I enjoy saying hello and chatting when I pass through! Good communication too. My review is especially dedicated to my leasing agent Sabika. She has been one of the best people to work with ever. She is so kind and always on top of her game. She was just as excited about my move-in as I was lol! Huge thank you to her going the extra mile - I cannot thank you enough!

Stayed here for a year and a half, moved out earlier this year. Most of the good reviews here are just about the tour or move-in day. I was even encouraged to leave a positive review on my first day before I had actually lived in the place. Biggest issue by far were the bugs: beetles, earwigs, roaches, crickets, etc. Gnats were nonstop in the spring and fall. Didn’t matter what I tried: plugging the drains, setting up vinegar traps, pest control, blue light traps, wiping everything down daily. They just kept coming back no matter what. Cricket issue started in the late summer and I could hear them chirping from inside the fireplace and it finally got loud enough to make it hard to sleep. I had maintenance inspect and they said the fireplace was sealed. Pest control also sprayed, but eventually crickets started getting in through the fireplace anyway. I eventually just put a plywood sheet in front of the fireplace. Whenever there was a heavy rainstorm, the carpet near the fireplace would get soaked, sometimes up to 6 feet out from it. Maintenance did something that helped reduce it, but then winter came, it snowed once, and as soon as it melted the same thing happened all over again. Positives: Never had a package stolen, and the front office staff was generally nice. Other residents were also pretty nice. Edit: And yes all of my security deposit was used to replace the carpet that was damaged by the rainwater. No I didn’t have the means or energy to take proper action.

Three years ago, this was one of the best places to live in Dallas, Texas—truly. It was a peaceful and beautiful apartment community with no noise and no issues. Walking through the property felt like walking through a garden. The apartments were very clean and well maintained, with no roach problems at all. All appliances worked perfectly, and the management and staff were excellent—professional, helpful, and friendly. During the time I lived there, I had absolutely no issues. It felt like one of the best apartment communities not just in Dallas, but in the United States. The swimming pool, ambience, and overall environment were outstanding. However, when I recently checked the reviews, I was surprised to see more than 80 one-star ratings. I’m not sure what has changed recently with the management or staff, but the drop in ratings is concerning. When I lived there, the rating was around 4.8 stars, and it truly deserved it. I really miss living there and hope the management can bring the community back to the high standards it once had

I recently moved my daughter into her first apartment at Centerpoint Apartments, and I cannot express how amazing the entire process was, largely thanks to Allison. From the moment we started, she was a guiding light during this significant transition for my daughter. Allison was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also exceptionally patient and kind. Her attention to detail was impressive; she sent reminders and ensured that I knew everything necessary for China’s move-in. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making this experience as smooth as possible. She just moved in a few days ago, and I am hopeful that her time here will be fantastic. I pray that this apartment becomes a nurturing environment for her as she learns to navigate this new chapter in her life. I feel so blessed to have crossed paths with Allison. Her professionalism and support were a true answer to my prayers. I had read glowing reviews about her on Google, and they did not disappoint. Thank you, Allison, for being such a vital part of this journey. I hope my daughter finds herself surrounded by good, godly people in this new community. I will keep you all updated on our experience here, and I sincerely hope it remains positive!
