Bree was incredibly warm, patient, and professional during our tour. She gave very detailed introductions to the apartment and answered all of our questions thoroughly. What impressed us most was that she also shared helpful ideas for furniture placement based on her experience, which made it much easier to imagine living in the space. Overall, it was a very pleasant and informative viewing experience thanks to Bree.

They truly listened and answered all of my questions with care. This community is beautiful, well-kept, and supported by an amazing team. Just moved in, and unfortunately the apartment wasn’t fully ready at first. That said, the team was amazing. Jasper went above and beyond, he made sure I felt comfortable, got the appliances fixed, and had the apartment cleaned to my standards. He completely turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Super helpful and truly appreciated.

I love the location proximity to Central Market, tollway, and George Bush. The pool and fitness center are beautiful. I experienced some issues when I first moved in but they were all fixed quickly. Denise has been a familiar face in the office who is always ready to help. If I could give one recommendation it would be to please cover the top floor of the garage as us on the 4th floor don’t get covered parking. The new manager Naisa rocks, I always see her when Im walking my dog in the morning. I love it here and hope to continue seeing the property being kept up.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The location is super convenient—walking distance to Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Central Market, which makes errands so much easier. The amenities are great, including nice pools, BBQ areas, and dog parks. The maintenance team is also excellent—when I had an issue with my AC, they were at my apartment within an hour and had it fixed right away. Overall, a great place to live with responsive staff and everything you need close by!
