Jacob and Wilson were absolutely wonderful at The Victor. They were very welcoming, greeted me with warm smiles and high energy, listened attentively, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The property is beautiful and immaculately kept. I highly recommend this community and their professional, friendly staff.

Living at The Victor has honestly been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The building is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it special. The staff is always warm, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. The community feels safe, welcoming, and full of good people. Everything is kept clean and well maintained, and you can really feel the pride they put into the place. I truly loved living there it felt like home in the best way.

As a Broker I have toured more apartments with leasing agents than anyone in Dallas and I would like to say Zion Price is one of the best, if not the best leasing agent I have worked with. We have worked together now for years and I have never had a single issue with any of my move ins or my clients. He is the definition of concierge and I am excited to see where he goes in his career because I am sure it will be far!

I’m looking forward to renewing in the coming months! I have never felt of a community vibe in my 10+ years leasing than what I do at The Victor! ALL of the staff (Valets, Conceirge, Leasing office, Maintenance Team) are all very friendly and approachable. All amenities are kept up very well. The dry cleaning & package pick up/drop off process is always seamless.

Such an amazing place. We decided to move downtown Dallas from McKinney, and finding the right place took us a little while. But this place, was the BEST choice we could've made. We started by being greeted by the valet people. They had a smile in their faces and even if we didn't live in the building they opened the door for us and made us feel welcomed. Then the next set of smiles came from the concierge, Lilly. Lilly made us feel like we were home without even having signed the lease, she walked us to the leasing office and she told us she hoped we would love the place (and we had already made up our minds to stay) then the third reason we decided to stay was Chantal! Wow... she welcomed us with an amazing attitude, professionalism and knowledge. She gave us the warmest of welcomes we had not felt in our search for a place in the whole downtown and victory park. She showed us the premises, she told us all about what we needed to know about the building, she was very patient, and she worked with us to see what was the best option for us. The leasing process was very easy, and with her assistance and the rest of the staff (Shout out to Lena she's also assisted us with our needs), our moving day was painless. We knew this was the right place since the beginning. The facilities are amazing and very well kept, but want made us stay from the beginning was the PEOPLE and their AMAZING ATTITUDE! Thank you for all your hard work, and please let's keep it that way. I know there are some disgruntled people that take it on social media with their frustration, but come experience it for yourself, and you'll see I'm only speaking the truth! What an amazing view
