Don't rent here. They don't fix anything and it's roach infested. Our heat/air has been broken for two and a half months. We went through the recent winter storm without heat.

⚠️0 STARS! SLUMLORDS DONT RENT WITH THEM! Decayed apartments! Inhabitable almost! I have lived here for the past 4 years after they charged TRIPLE the amount in utilities for me consistently. I was told I owed 4,000 for 3 months of UTILITIES. I was able to login to rent cafe but nothing was ever posted. I will continue to bring attention to the management for the horrible and deplorable conditions and the way each of you treat your tenants! When I first moved in I woke up the next morning, a fight broke out directly downstairs from me.. it was so bad windows were broken out and it was a 10 vs 8 it was so bad that a woman got stabbed! the same woman who dropped blood all the way up to my unit begging for help. I HAD TO CLEAN THE BLOOD. The office had no knowledge of it until I brought it to their attention. DV and addicts as well as homeless SURGE the area with our kids being so scared for their lives! No cameras for our safety or gates. The apartments are, Rat infested, roach infested, bed bug infested, wasp infested. The AC doesn’t work and the HEAT doesn’t work the hot water and even the water at all doesn’t work. The winter storm, me and my 9 year old were stuck inside with no heat. In the summers NO AC! I was taken to court by Jodi and Michelle. the other lady in the office with the terrible attitude. They tried to evict me because they said I owed 4,000 in utilities, I am on section 8 and that was dismissed because that wasn’t truthful. Jodi is the “property manager” id like to know who she’s with seeing as though it’s now coming out that 90% of Denton is ran by slumlords who people are taking action against. They put me on a month to month lease without my knowledge and that’s against section 8 protocol. They will try to make you lose your housing benefits. triple charges in the beginning when I first moved in Juan was the manager. I brought all of these charges to Juan and he changed them. Let’s talk about how you can’t be a woman to live there because even the people that worked in office DAN who (Jodi loved to talk about giving bad reviews on this place after being fired) Dan sexually harassed me and in front of my child. Told me if I just texted his cell phone then gave me his number to which I never texted that “we could become 1920 besties and figure something out about my rent” I also complained about one of the maint. men who lived directly under me and had the key to my apartment that would blow me kisses and stare at myself and my child almost DAILY. Let’s not forget when I went up to get a ledger and talk about the prices not being right, YET AGAIN WAY off stating I owed 7,000 in utilities when I brought this up to him he got mad and threatened to call the cops on me (which he did call them on me in front of my child) while the cops were on the way he handed the police officer a different ledger with correct amounts to which I showed the police officer and the police officer stated “yes this happens a lot at these apartments I’ve been here for a long time”. Now 2025 to 2026 Michelle and her friend in the office have now taken over.. they are HIGHLY rude & manipulative. I spoke with Jodi who told me that we could make a payment plan on these utilities. When I brought up the payment plan to Michelle we were supposed to do it but she was “never in office” so when months passed by she said they were evicting me and “I owed 4000 in utilities for the past 3 months” when I asked to see where and asked for the ledger none of it added up and nobody owes 4000 in utilities for a two bedroom decaying apartment so it was thrown out by the judge… they served me just last month with papers stating they would not like to renew their lease with me and that I had to be out by the 22nd. The stairs and boards are rotted the whole place should be condemned! It’s a terrible place and disgusting! You all should be ashamed of yourselves for the deplorable conditions you have HUMANS living in, the danger you have them around with no protection and the Disrespect. Mind you I came here from a DV shelter with my child. SCAMMERS!
