if i could i would give this place a ZERO. i’ve been dealing with rats since i moved in March of 2025 am this has been the worse experience ive ever had. this is my second review from a different account bc i am so fed up with this place. management and maintenance suck here. expect weeks with no water, expect a long wait on maintenance, and expect no one answering the phone at the office. they haven’t address my rat infestation and i’ve already contacted the city. all they do is send pest control to set up traps that I HAVE to clean up after. The massey company suck they don’t even inspect anything they just set up traps for me to deal with. i’ve killed at least 10 rats since i moved in. Michelle is the worst property owner in denton and the front end lady Bella is so disrespectful when i call about the rat problem. there was recently an incident where i found 2 fully grown rats trapped inside my oven producing an awful smell, i contacted Bella and was told someone was going to go later that day, no one did. i called the next day was told she doesn’t know when someone would be there like common now i can get sick and i have a 2 year old who cant even leave his room without having to deal with the smell of a dead rodent. it’s ridiculous on how i literally have to beg these people to do anything. 0 stars. don’t move in here and i’m pretty sure they use bots to give them great reviews.

Had a great tour and staff made the move-in process real easy. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle and she was extremely informative and answered all questions I had about the the apartments.

I have been here for 2 years. I have had issues with a few things but I have noticed some changes. First thing I noticed was the pool. I’m so excited to see how pretty it looks I can’t wait to take my kids swimming. Thank you to Mr. Juan and his assistant Luis the maintenance guys for being very responsive to things I needed fixed that has not been done in a while. The property itself is starting to look very appealing and I love that! Great job guys thank you

**Warning: Stay Away from 19Twenty Apartment's** If you're considering moving to 19Twenty Apartment's, think twice. My experience living here has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to share my story to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. First and foremost, be prepared to pay more than what you initially signed up for. 19Twenty Apartment's has a knack for overcharging its residents and hitting them with hidden fees that they're forced to pay or face eviction. Despite multiple requests, they refuse to provide itemized statements of these costs, leaving residents in the dark about where their money is going. Maintenance issues are another major concern. Pressing issues like clogged toilets or malfunctioning air conditioning are often ignored or addressed inadequately, leaving residents to suffer in uncomfortable living conditions. If that wasn't enough, the security of your vehicle is also at risk. My car has been vandalized, tires slit and stolen three times since moving here, and 19Twenty Apartment's has done little to improve security measures or assist affected residents. Laundry rooms are always down, stealing your money, unclean and feces in the floor that goes days even months without being cleaned or corrected. Workout facility has never been accessible and the pool is always closed and when open and dirty tantamount to swimming at the lake. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering moving to 19Twenty Apartments to reconsider. The lack of transparency, poor maintenance, and security issues make it a place to avoid at all costs and unsafe for children to play. Stay safe, and choose your living situation wisely.
