Vitae apartments are the BEST deal. It is so clean, spacious, updated, and affordable. As a student it is very hard finding affordable housing that doesn’t look run down, but here you can really tell they care. Alejandro helped me tour a unit and was very helpful and friendly, even at the end of his shift!

The complex looks well taken care of for the most part. Unfortunately, I had made an appointment to view a unit and all thay they offer....however, the office was closed at 11:30am and the phone went to their vm system. If I am able to get to view the unit and facilities as planned, I may increase the stars rated

This place is great! Absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Alejandro was very welcoming helped us through everything and was very up front with us with everything and answer all of my 1000 questions in an honest way that was understandable and very helpful and pointed us in detailed direction that really helped us! He showed us the place and told us about it. He’s a very genuine person. He’s been the most helpful, upfront and honest out of any place we’ve been to! I definitely recommend this place to anyone! definitely homie and comforting meeting all needs and open to parties if wanted. The prices are very honest and have a lot included. Best place I’ve been to apartment wise and personal help wise!

My boyfriend and I are looking for our first place to live and we fell in love with this place, waiting to apply to move in. Alejandro was awesome, he was very welcoming, asked us what we were looking for and not looking for and was very helpful with out concerns we had. He explained everything we had questions for and even re explained to help us understand more. We loved his energy that he had and the inventiveness. He was also very open about things with the complex which we liked. We think he is doing an awesome job for being apart of a small team. The complex looked very clean, we love that there is no valet trash because that can look and smell gross so we like that they don't have that. We cannot wait to sign here, hopefully soon!

Overall a decent place to live. I’ve been here for 3 years and have seen a lot of mixed reviews, but my experience has been pretty smooth. I’m mainly leaving due to the price and needing a bigger space — and honestly, all of Denton is expensive at this point, so it is what it is, but my rent difference is about $200 more for the exact same unit since moving in. I never had issues with bugs, as some reviews mention. Management has changed a few times, but each manager I’ve interacted with has been helpful. Maintenance is very quick, which I appreciated. My biggest complaints aren’t really management-related; they’re more about the features. The concrete countertops aren’t the best, and the flooring feels a little outdated. But overall, it’s a good, stress-free place to live, especially if you don’t want to deal with buying furniture and love being close to the square, which is one of my favorite parts.
