I lived here for 3 years and had a great experience. maintenance was very quick and nice, pest control came regularly. I only ever saw 3 DEAD roaches in 3 years, which I think is very impressive. Very close to campus. I will say that after I moved out this month they raised the rent about $200. They better be making a lot of updates including taking out the carpet because while it was a good experience, the apartments are not very nice and are a bit run down on the inside. Overall, would definitely recommend:)
