the program for paying rent does not work properly, I called the office and they said to pay by check, how can I pay by check if I am often on business trips,how would you feel if you need to pay for a parcel from amazon but to pay you need to come to the post office?

Update: We have a new manager. Turnover and communication is horrible. Moved units and now we see WAY more roaches! They do NOT send out pest control. But they will happily charge you for it every month. Update: WE HAVE A NEW MANAGER!! Amber is great! I called after she started and she got everything together for us quickly. I feel that a better rating is needed because of her. Been here 4 months. Still waiting for them to either fix or at least respond to fixing blinds that THEY said they were going to replace. I have called and sent emails. They choose what they want to respond to. Trash bins overflow. No issue with roaches or bugs. Place is SMALL especially for the price. Community is quiet. No pool, park, or dog park. They have dog poop stations, no bags, but the trash container comes in handy. Only gave 3 stars because their communication is trash.

My son and I live here, and we like it. Ms.Nelly, the manager is great! She always returns my calls, she's always very helpful. When I had a maintenance issue, she handled it super fast. I've read some of the other reviews, and they must have really cleaned this place up! They have fixed the laundry, the neighborhood is quiet, and friendly. Bedbugs? That's the fault of the tenant, not the property management company. The same goes for roaches. I know, I was a licensed pest exterminator back in the 90s. I saw ONE roach, after I had been here a month. Roaches love filth. Keep your apartment clean, and you won't have a roach problem. I put down some boric acid and fixed that issue! No, I can't speak about how it was before, but I can tell you we're quite pleased living here.

Horrible management. They are only interested in the your rent check. They take forever to fix even the simplest of requests- 2 months to replace 2 inches of weather stripping that then came off a week later. Their corporate office telephone number goes to a voice mailbox that is then never returned. Don't expect emails to be returned either. The grounds are always covered in trash, with the dumpster area always over flowing with garbage. The complex itself is decent. Neighborhood is quiet. There isn't any storage, one closet per bedroom, so if that is a must for you, this isn't the complex for you. Apartments themselves are open with a lot of space. One hot water heater for the entire complex. No washer/dryer hook ups in the units, but there is 8 of each on site. We lived here for 4 years and enjoyed it until this company took over. If you want to feel like more than a tenant, do not live here. If you're ok with only being a rent check, this is the place for you.

Me and my family have been living here since July of 2023 and we honestly love it! It's a nice and quiet complex and all of the residents are respectful and kind. You're also really close to downtown Denton which is really nice! Veronica Perez is one of the kindest and most professional leasing agents I have ever worked with. She always responds back to my emails and assists me with whenever I have questions. A+ customer service skills! The complex itself doesn't have a pool, but you are only 10 mins away from the Denton Civic Center which does. Great residence for small families! :)
