He catered to my needs and was good to my children! Definitely made the atmosphere feel homie and full of love. Wish more leasing offices had people like him. I have lived here for 3yrs. Jay is the best property manager Coronado Villas ever had since I’ve lived here. The first time I met him it was like a breath of fresh air🥰 I just renewed my lease Jay’s outstanding performance in handling the renewal process was was awesome ❤️ Not like the managers before his door is always open with a 🤗 if you need anything. “Job Well Done” ❤️Thank You Jay for being so patient and understanding your the best🥰🤗

I recently visited this apartment community with my family, and we were genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, Jay, the property manager, greeted us with a warm smile and an energy that instantly put us at ease. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly personable and down-to-earth. It’s rare to meet someone in his role who truly enjoys what they do—and it shows. Jay took his time showing us around, answered all our questions with patience, and even shared helpful insights we hadn’t considered. His friendly demeanor, sense of humor, and genuine interest in helping us find the right fit made the visit feel less like a tour and more like catching up with a trusted friend. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and clearly cared for, reflecting the pride Jay takes in managing the property. UPDATE: it’s been a month since the review was posted and things have yet to be fixed. the AC unit in the laundry facility is completely broken, and only one washer works. others are filled with cobwebs and stagnant water. dryers work half the time as well. so disappointing i’ve lived here for 6 months now and have renewed my lease. the community is great — lots of families and overall pretty quiet. the biggest disappointment is the laundry facility. since the beginning, it has been a disaster. i have reached out to management and sent in maintenance requests. it is trashed 95% of the time with garbage on the floor and trash can overflowing. half the dryers do their job and there is normally only 1-2 washers working at a time. machines have taken my money and either not started or read as “error”. i’m positive filters need to be changed as well. considering tenants pay for amenities, i hope that this review encourages the complex to fix these problems.
