Do not believe in the stock pictures they post for the apartments. They are old beat up run down apartment with roaches and a front office employee with attitude problems. The parking lots are horrible. I Asked so many times when they would repaint the parking lots but they never did. But they expect rent on time what the hell. They are always having water break issues, why because its an old apartment complex and it would cost them thousands of dollars to fix and they would never do that.

I’ve had a great experience living at Gazebo Apartments. The community is well-kept, quiet, and conveniently located, which has made it a comfortable place to live. It is a 1 minute drive from the square and from campus. I especially want to highlight the apartment manager, Dan—he has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Dan has been professional, friendly, and quick to help resolve things. It really makes a difference having a manager who genuinely cares about residents. Overall, I highly recommend Gazebo Apartments to anyone looking for a positive living experience in Denton.

As a rule if there is a problem they fix it , the only problem is the bugs that they spray for on a regular bases , there office staff are easy to get along with plus they have been doing improvement since I lived here and is a quiet place to live

My wife and I have lived here for 6 months and love it! The apartment, though one of the older non-renovated units, is great, and we haven't had any roaches. This community is quiet and peaceful (other than being right next to the road). Maintenance requests have been handled promptly. I've found all the staff to be friendly and reasonable, including the owner/manager Josh and the leasing agent Dan and the maintenance manager Juan.

recently moved out of this building and want to share my experience. Please note that this is an old property, and bugs often find their way inside the apartments. The management is very tough to deal with—they are not approachable or understanding when problems arise. In my case, they pressured me to move out earlier than expected due to the bug issues. I even had to clean the apartment at my own expense, and despite that, they withheld my entire security deposit without returning a single penny. If you are comfortable dealing with recurring bug problems and uncooperative management, you may be able to live here. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
