Seven Twelve Lofts

Key fob doesn’t work and neither does the entry code. Have maintenance and haven’t heard back AT ALL. Currently locked out at 1:45 am

I had high hopes for this apartment given the steep rent, but I’ve been thoroughly disappointed. Despite the high price, the building offers barely any amenities. There's no gym, no pool, and the common areas feel neglected and outdated. On top of that, the maintenance is practically non-existent. For the price, I expected a much better living experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make significant improvements in both amenities and maintenance.
