DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! In the time I lived in this nightmarish complex I had my AC go out 7 separate times (management refused to replace the unit despite knowing it’s broken), had a broken dishwasher, washer/ dryer, and not one, but TWO full blown tick infestations. If you can find ANYWHERE else I highly recommend not living here. The price and location DO NOT make up for the horrific management and neglectful property manger

Here to add to the reviews! It's a pretty great apartment in comparison to some/most of the student housing around denton. No pests, clean and quiet and in a really great location!
