Everything is an illusion of an upgrade. The kitchen faucet looks like they put a new sprayer but you push the button no water pressure, it does nothing . Same thing with the toilet, they put a new push button but it doesn't work when you flush . Same with the shower. First time using the washer and dryer and of course the washer doesn't work. This is pathetic. It's like they cleaned the apartment with dawn and walked away. It smells and nothing works. It's like the cut corners at every cost and hired whoever they could to pay the lowest wages. I am paying to get out of my lease and if they try to charge me for damages like they did others I am going to sue. They use apps and a 3rd party management company so they don't have any accountability. I am going to put the apartment number when I move out. DO NOT MOVE HERE You will regret it . It smells so bad in these apartments. I moved in a week away and it smells horrible. I put in for cleaners and they came and did nothing and left. I have had to professionally clean it myself but the smell still lingers. Not the best experience so far, having regrets moving into these apartments. When you move into a new place you want a new apartment to be clean and refreshing not here. Maintenance did nothing closed the order. Management was supposed to send city about the gas smell. No one has come because they know it smells like gas and is haphazard. And if you work from home don't even think about quietness. Train every 30 minutes and leaf blowers every morning for hours . Loud construction . Rats and racoons in the walls. You can hear them . Notice management comments under the positive reviews but ignores concerns with the residents and do not sign a lease . They will do you the same way. Just keeps getting worst.

I’ve been a resident here for about half a year now, and I have to say—Natalie, our property manager, has turned this complex into gold. Her attentiveness, kind nature, and genuine care for the residents are unmatched. She’s the kind of manager who doesn’t just do her job, she elevates the entire community. Every concern I’ve brought up has been met with patience, clarity, and real follow-through. I also want to thank the maintenance staff for consistently going above and beyond. Every work order I’ve submitted—big or small—has been handled quickly, professionally, and with a level of respect that’s rare these days. They treat residents like people, not problems, and it makes all the difference. Overall, the leadership and support here have made this place feel safe, cared for, and truly well-managed. I’m grateful to live in a community where the staff takes pride in what they do, and it shows every single day.
