Lived here all through grad school for 3 years. If you are looking for something affordable as you go to school or just need something affordable then this is the place. Its nothing fancy but it was home for those years. Pros: - affordable - clean - pest control every month or so and never had any pest problems - quiet, no loud music or loud people - amazon locker on site - maintenance would fix whatever we needed - no need for online portals to pay, just pay with check - management actually knew who we were within the first few months and knew what unit we were in without asking us. Cons: - no in unit laundry but there are cleanish laundry facilities on site - pool is poorly maintained - bathtub was kinda bad, they had painted it and it looked nice at first but it peeled eventually. - if you live in a loft, especially with a window it can get warm upstairs if you dont have a fan. Overall, if you need somewhere clean and safe to live in, this place is better than most other places in Denton for a fraction of the price. Kept us safe through snow, rain, tornado warnings, hail, etc….
