Do not rent from this company. These are some of the most poorly ran apartments. For over a month, I have had rats living in my walls. They scurry around and keep me awake. There is a constant cockroach problem here. Both my front door and my bathroom door are broken. I have had my car broken into, and have been harassed by men in the parking lot. I repeat DO. NOT. RENT. FROM. THEM.
Please think twice if you want to live in an apartment that is managed by Struga. Lease somewhere else. Please keep in mind that Struga has taken my review down before to make them look good and sweep all this under the rug. My boyfriend was a resident at the apartment complex “Cluster” managed by Struga. The apartment is worse than what it appears on the website. For instance, the appliances and furniture are very worn down and broken, including a drawer in the kitchen that was basically unusable because of how deteriorated it is. Laundry on site is very overpriced and you’ll actually find better alternatives outside of the Clusters if you’re able to drive. Their maintenance is incapable and ineffective. There was one hot summer that all the ACs in the apartment complex were broken. A couple residents went out and brought fans to help them cool down indoors with the scorching heat during the summer. Others left their door open to allow some air in. This went on for a while until many of the residents raised their concerns to Struga, and finally, they did something. The second floor had a safety concern too, a massive hole through the floor leading to a unit, deep enough to be dangerous for residents. Their website mentions that they have cheaper prices compared to others around, but if your rent is about 950 there is a 2% convenience fee along with the increase of the fees as time goes by. At that point, you’re paying $1,000+ for this apartment and its hidden fees. The apartment is also filled with constant cockroaches. Maintenance visited and lightly sprayed a corner and left. Not surprisingly, this did nothing, and the cockroaches kept coming back. The apartment is also filled with a horrible smell of weed. Even though it’s not permitted, it’s still a very strong smell that Struga is being very careless about, and also being another safety concern living here.
