I would not rent here after the change in management. I’ve lived here for 2 years. Previously, management was incredibly friendly and got back to me very quickly when I had questions, maintenance requests, etc. - I’d even bring my dog by the office because they loved him and would give him treats. The new management (changed the last ~6 months or so), seems like it’s full of cold salespeople just pushing leases without any regard for tenant churn - I.e. they just want to meet a sales quota for leases signed and do not care about you after. Property maintenance has gone to absolute gutters - things like water problems that have been months known lack proper planning so water gets shut off in the middle of the day with 10 minutes of notice or at night when you need to shower. This has happened pretty consistently since the change in management. We also had our prior building managers scheduling tons of events and food trucks to show up and I can’t say I have seen a single flyer about one since then; or effort in general to enhance current tenant experience here

I have lived in 5 apartments since moving to Colorado and the Gardens at Cherry Creek is by far the best due to the staff and location.
Elyssa and her team have been extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. Any issue I have experienced has been addressed or resolved within 24 hours.
The common areas, gym, and other amenities are always clean and well maintained.

Nothing but good things to say about the two ladies who work for the Gardens at Cherry Creek. Mari and Madeline are extremely welcoming and do an amazing job at making you feel like you are at home. From the second I walked in for my first tour all the way to the move in process, they truly make you feel like you are part of a tight-knit community. They have helped me with any and every question, or maintenance need I have had promptly. Wonderful people who love doing their job and take pride in it. The view from my apartment is also stellar and second to none. Everyone who I have met in the apartment so far has been inviting and a pleasure to be around.

Update 1/12/23: water was off all day because of mismanagement of the building and “back flow issues”. Claimed it is back please see photo below of “water” we are now provided with - that is after running our faucets for 30 minutes.
Update as of 12/26/22: parking garage that was suppose to be installed mid December is still not in. Multiple cars were broken into last night but still no added security.

Storage unit on site was broken into. Tags on car have been tampered with in garage. Parking garage door has been broken for over a month - and security added is not here the entirety of the time office is closed. Pool has been broken for half the time of my lease (in month 8). Bike storage was broken into leading to my bike having stolen parts. Gym was “3 weeks out” from being fixed when on my tour, still in the same state. Takes multiple requests for any work order to be completed and not in a timely manner. Worst renting experience I’ve ever had.

I moved in early 2022 and had a great experience with everyone on staff! They worked so hard to accommodate my needs on a tight timeline, even when it came down to changing units last minute before moving in! The amenities are well taken care of and are very pretty, and the mountain view from my unit is amazing! Every work order that has been put in has been taken seriously and repaired in a timely manner, and everyone is more than happy to help out with anything anyone may need. This has been such a good match and it’s clear that everyone here truly cares and wants to help wherever necessary.
