I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is always very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is professional and helpful. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and efficiently. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Being so close to campus (CSU) is a huge plus!

I've enjoyed living in this building for three years now. The property manager, Dewey, has always promptly taken care of any issues, and the building is well built, very clean and very well maintained. I've gotten to know a number of other tenants in the building and found them all to be quite respectful and courteous. I've also appreciated that the building is rather nice and quiet. The convenient location makes the building ideal since you can walk or bike anywhere with ease.
