Haley and I just left Crowne after 1 year as we recently bought a house in a nearby neighborhood. If we did not switch to owning, I would’ve happily signed for at least another year.
I’ve lived in quite a few apartments prior and Crowne’s staff are easily the best that I’ve worked with. They are reasonable, understanding, responsive, and have an excellent maintenance team.
The amenities (pool, grills, fitness room, coffee lounge) are well maintained and one of the things I will miss the most about living in this complex.
Highly recommend, 5/5!

We just left the Crowne for our new house, but we feel compelled to share our experience with all. From from day one, we were treated with kindness, respect and a sincere desire to help. This never changed in the time we were there. Nikkie, Kerny, Lance, Steve, Connor, Jason and Rhonda are extraordinary. They never dissapoint! So if you are looking for a special place to live, try the Crowne. We will always have good feelings for the Crowne and its people.

Absolutely lovely property and extremely kind staff. Rhonda is super polite, Soha is always willing to help with whatever is needed, and Nikki is just as kind on the phone as she is in person!
The property is beautiful and well maintained inside and out (thank you maintenance team), amenities available at stated times, and banger resident events! Keep up the great work!

I've lived here for a little over a year now, 14 months to be exact, and have loved it. Even resigned a year-lease recently. I have almost nothing but good things to say about Crowne Old Town North. If you're looking for an *actually nice*, well-kept luxury apartment in Fort Collins, I truly don't think you can find anything better. They don't just use "luxury" in the name to keep away from accepting Section 8 (google it, it's real), they really are nice builder-grade apartments. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but they are nice.
All in all, as a working professional who works from home, I absolutely love living here. The pool and grilling areas are nice, and surprisingly never too crowded. The gym is nothing special, but serves it's purpose. The aesthetics of the apartments themselves are actually what you would expect for a "luxury" apartment, looking at you, Courtney Parks. Location is nice, save for the proximity to the homeless shelter and subsequent disruptions. Staff is unbelievably helpful, especially the maintenance crew; the few requests that I've had to put in have been serviced within hours of submitting the ticket, and they're always very pleasant and happy to help. The events that Crowne hosts are a nice. They put a strong emphasis on residents cleaning up dog poop, and it works pretty well. Groundskeeping is great, especially in the winter. Security is also nice, locked gates and doors at each breezeway. The valet trash is pretty nice, especially in the winter, and the dumpsters are big enough that it's never overflowing.
I'll state the few "bad's" that I do have:
You're forced into contract with Century Link/Quantum internet. It is unreliable at times, and overpriced to high heaven. $80/mo for the same speeds that Xfinity offers for $35. And there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.
Homeless/transient people screaming racist obscenities at 8am from the nearby shelter is less than enjoyable, though I live in one of the buildings closer than others.
No hot tub; for the price point it's kinda odd to not have one.
Floors/ceilings are less than sound proof, can hear people's conversations if they're louder than talking
Rent price increased upon resigning without much/any change. My rent increased by about $300 upon resigning. I have yet to see any value.
Amazon locker doesn't seem to work for same-day delivery, causing packages that should've been delivered same-day to take 5+ days to be delivered. UPS/FedEx workers seem to not always have access to breezeways, resulting in failed delivery attempts often.
Working from home, I spend a LOT of time in the apartment and, if you're looking for a cheap place to live, this probably isn't the best option. But if you're looking for a nice, relaxing, well--maintained apartment and you want to spend the $, I would absolutely 10/10 recommend Crowne Old Town North.
