There is a reason this place stands at around 3 points. The rent is ridiculous for the housing. Never seen any housing charging 100 dollars to an individual for utilities in any of the other housing. They do charge you even if you are not there literally. Even for the deposit. They cut almost 400 dollars stating paint touch ups, which is ridiculous. The heating doesn't work. I would not recommend anyone to live here, their charges are just ridiculous.

Gary from maintenance came in to help with a few issues I was having in my apartment and he was awesome! I can't stress it enough, this guy deserves a raise! Eleven13 Apartments is a great place to live, large in part due to his constant help and good energy. Gary rules!
