Union on Alley

The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for CSU students. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly, specifically Cooper helped me set up a maintenance request in the office and it was repaired later on the same day. The community feels safe and welcoming, with great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it’s been a really positive living experience and I’d definitely recommend Union on Alley to anyone looking for housing in FoCo.

This place is awful. They will constantly close the rooftop pool. If there is glass in the pool they will take over 10 days to reopen it which shows their lack of care for their residence’s to not do it in a timely manner. They will beg you to renew the lease and then lower the lease cost by $100+ for others after you sign. The water pressure in every apartment is nearly non existent. They get 1 star for a good locations, that’s about it. There are why better apartments in the area for the same or better price. Do NOT live here and waste your money!
