My fiancé and I have lived in Mill House since 2018, and it's been nothing but a wonderful experience. We've looked at other places over the years and have continuously renewed our lease because this place just really can't be beat for many reasons. Dewey (the building manager) is so great, friendly, helpful, and supportive, and is always very quick to respond to any concerns, questions, or maintenance requests that arise. Additionally, the support and flexibility we've received from the overall management company has been so refreshing. The location is so prime; we're in very close proximity to Old Town while also being a little bit removed from the constant commotion of a downtown area, which I really appreciate. You basically have the best of both worlds here-- you're within a very short walking distance to a bustling, exciting downtown area, but being that we're more on the edge of Old Town, it becomes quieter and calmer as you get closer to our building. Overall the building itself is very quiet and safe and we've had nothing but positive, friendly experiences with all of our neighbors over the years. There is a sense of shared community among us all. All in all, I strongly recommend living here. I really can't say enough positive things about the location, the building/apartment units, the culture that exists amongst the residents, and the management of the building. We're moving to a new city at the end of our lease this year, and we are going to be SO sad to leave Mill House!

We have lived at Mill House for years and are happy to have found such a great apartment building. We looked at other places and you just can’t beat the location, as close as you can get to all the breweries and restaurants for convenient downtown living. The building is nice and quiet and always feels safe with friendly neighbors and a secure entry system. Wi-Fi is super fast, total necessity, and the layouts of each unit are modern and functional, which was really the biggest draw for us other than the location. No complaints from us at all, actually trying to get one of our relatives to join us here in another unit! 100% would recommend for anyone wanting to experience Fort Collins downtown without having to worry about yardwork, HOA fees, and everything that goes into owning or renting a traditional home.

My wife and I moved into the Mill House on April, 1 2017 and it's been a great home for us since that time. We selected the Mill House for its convenient location to Old Town Square, which is less than two blocks away. It's super cool and fun for us to hit a restaurant or live music within 2-3 minutes. It's a very quiet building and we've always had wonderful neighbors (below our unit, next door, and down our immediate hallway). Dewey (seriously, the best building manager on the planet!!!) lives down the hallway from us and his response to maintenance requests is always super speedy!

I'm not sure about some of the negative reviews, but I've lived at the Mill House since it opened (2016 or 2017 I think) and I've enjoyed my time here. Have lived in 3 different units over the years without issue. My neighbors have always been good people and the rent is pretty reasonable for downtown living. Works for me.

When you’re here your family. Maintenance is always quick to get stuff done, common areas are always spotless, and it’s perfect for families. Just steps away from the heart of Old Town or a quiet river scene. 10/10 this is a great place to call home!
