A narrow street in Old Town Flats Fort Collins, lined with tall, adjacent apartment buildings featuring balconies and large windows. Some windows glow from inside as a tree stands near the corner of the buildings.

Nice enough apartments if you don't mind things around your place constantly breaking, like ovens, washer/dryer, ice machines, doors, key pads, key fob readers etc. Sometimes you can't even get into the building because where the door physical lock is broken and unable to open properly. Or that if you don't have your key fob the touch screen that you can use to enter doesn't work. Or even when you do have your fob sometimes the fob readers malfunction and you're unable to enter. Etc etc. for the price of the apartments these issues shouldn't be happening. Have only been here for 4 months.

Fantastic experience with this Old Town apartment community. Elli and Zeke from the leasing office go above and beyond to help residents and make the move-in process smooth and stress-free.
