Pavilions at Silver Sage

Please need my warning ⚠️ about this toxic rental experience ? When you express interest in paying over $2600/monthly for a 2bdrm apt, you will be live love bombed and gaslighted by the NEPO staff at Pavilion at Silver Sage Apartments. Kevin will be the first to attempt to get you to rent, then the nightmare begins. The truly awful thing about Pavilions is the General Manager Sarah Grismore. This is the ONLY job she has ever had and, trust me...once she determines that you will express any semblance of a complaint, shere will log you as a problem child & make your life HELL. First off, the property is micromanaged by this miserable & controlling woman. Every single email communication from General Grismore is her complaining and controlling the community. Just last week (I kid you not) she sent out an email declaring war on BIRD FEEDERS and BIRD BATHS and placing water outdoors for your pets..in the middle of WINTER ?? She runs this property like a bitter boomer with nothing better to do than ruin your day. There are dog feces everywhere on the property and the gym is outdated and dirty. The pool was closed last Summer due to safety concerns and the hot tub is full of filth. Be prepared to pay $45/monthly for ""concierge trash removal " HAha I honestly can't imagine a more miserable place to live and, despite the beautiful property,.Sarah Grismore and her condescending attitude and verbal abuse make this cursed rental experience truly disgusting ? As everyone who works here knows– I love living here. I am in my second Year and hope to stay longer. Management and maintenance are stellar and the environment is beautiful, quiet and perfectly located next to Rolland Moore park and down the block from the fire department and Emergency Services which in my case, was very convenient when I had a life-threatening emergency! They literally saved my life. Pavilions is very pet friendly with a large, grassi dog park. There are many long-term residents here which says a lot for the community.
