Mason did an absolutely amazing job fixing all of my maintenance that needed to get done. He did an absolutely amazing job in politeness, work, and just being very kind.

i’ve been living here for almost a year and have generally had a poor experience. the apartment itself is pretty nice but the management here is awful. my ac has been out for 3 weeks and they don’t want to replace the unit after the maintenance worker said that is what is needed. a few months ago my apartment building caught on fire and not even an email was sent out afterwards, and they haven’t even repaired the damage yet (this was in october). the complex doesn’t seem safe to walk around in, and the grounds are always littered with trash and barely ever cleaned up. they have the time to evict residents but not necessary repairs. definitely not worth it to pay $1000+ a month. UPDATE! yeah this place literally robbed me. i understand that they are under new management now, but what i experienced from the alpine apartments is still just totally unacceptable. i moved out mid july into another place, my lease did not end until the end of july. i went back 3 days before my lease ended and found the locks changed and my remaining furniture gone (but they left the crappy stuff behind, hope the maintenance people are having a great time with my kitchenaid stand mixer and shoe rack!). i also had not yet given my key, so there was absolutely no reason for this to have happened. went to the office and was told to give an itemized list of everything that was gone and they would reimburse me via e-gift cards, because why would i want a check! it took MONTHS of emailing with no reply before Lacey finally told me that they were under new management and to contact them. the new management handled it but in no way, shape, or form was that acceptable.

Living here wasn’t too bad. Apartment looks nice, great appliances; but when I lived there, I did have no AC for like 3 months and pretty sure the whole building didn’t either but was never fixed. I moved out July and yet no deposit back and I have pictures of leaving it spotless. I did call and sadly they fired a bunch of old staff and got help back but I think It shouldn’t stop me from receiving my deposit. It’s almost December and no deposit back… Overall experience, not as bad as people say it is, but I’m sure as long as many other people, still waiting on So NEVERMIND, I’m actually like about to crash out because what the HECK. I get a deposit back after almost a dang half a year and get FORTY DOLLARS?’!!! FORT WHAT. Cleaning the stove too deep! Cleaning better than their own cleaners!!! I’m actually pissed. I have NO receipts talking about why they sent me 40 dollars. I could lwky sue for the 40 bucks because they’re WAAAYYYYY past the time frame …. should’ve sent me whole money back which I don’t know why to begin with. That’s insane. Don’t live here. Trust

Bailey, Lacey, and Rylie. The 3 aforementioned ladies were fantastic. They welcomed me and assisted me throughout the entire process of applying for an apartment home at the Alpine. I could not be happier with all they did for me. The teamwork exhibited in the leasing office is superb. This is a 10-star operation and I look forward to becoming a resident here.

I've had a generally positive experience living at Alpine Apartments. The complex offers well-maintained grounds and is located in a convenient area close to the CSU Transit Station. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and modern, and I appreciate the amenities, like the gym, pool, and laundry facilities, which are regularly kept in good condition. I recently had an issue with my account (incorrect charge). I called the office and leasing agent Rylie Martin was very kind and immediately solved the matter and the charges are being removed as we speak. Great customer service!
