The shuttle service offered at signing doesn’t run properly, only in days and times that someone shows up to run it, so you can miss classes because we never know. And now we are dealing with reconstruction of areas. There was a water loss incident. So it’s a war zone Mitigation, demolition, fans throughout many affected areas of the building . Workers doing demolition, so lots of dust . Not a great a great experience. Staff is nice though
The Mark has been nothing short of amazing! They make sure to promptly answer any questions or concerns you may have, and are very helpful!! The Leasing process was so easy, and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process, making sure they could meet all of our needs! Definitely recommend The Mark!
