When I went into The Mark I was going in looking for a new place to live as I am going to CSU. When I walked in I was greeted by all of the agents and even the managers! Everyone was engaged in making sure I had all my questions answered and even giving me some free snacks and drinks whilst I watched a very nice presentation of their new apartment building and all the amenities going in it. I will definitely be considering The Mark to other college students and anyone looking for apartment style housing in the future. The staff there were incredibly patient and friendly throughout the process, as I was completely unsure of my housing and financial needs and it took me a long time to sign. However, they played a crucial role in my decision-making by providing me with a virtual tour as the first appointment that week and checking up frequently over text. Their efforts made the process both convenient and enjoyable, leaving me excited about moving in next fall!
