Both the residents and the staff make this place so wonderful to live in. Not only are the amenity spaces and units nice, the community here is top notch! Also, being able to have my dog live here with me is a huge plus!

I recently toured Uncommon in Fort Collins and had a great experience. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made the tour feel relaxed and informative. The gym is awesome and really well-equipped, and the coffee/lounge space is such a nice touch—perfect for studying or working from home. I also loved how close the property is to Old Town; the location is super convenient and walkable. Overall, Uncommon made a great first impression and definitely stands out as a place I’d consider living.

Lived here for 4 years and had a great experience. Management team and staff were all very kind and communication was great. I was lucky to have a balcony unit and the view is Incredible. I also love that their gym has a rock climbing wall I could use.
