Atlas Waterside

Honestly the best apartment complex I've lived at so far! I would have stayed for another year to make it three but had to return to my home town for family. The location was perfect. I would walk to Whole Foods, farmers market, and to Pax and Beneficia for coffee. I’ve personally never had any issues. I know my neighbor had one issue where his truck tires were stolen and there were no cameras. I think that was the most negative thing I’ve personally saw and heard. I guess the only issue with the apartment is cameras around the whole complex but that’s it. That I can report. Other than that, maintenance responded within the day, the amenities were great, neighbors are nice, and staff was amazing.

I had a great time meeting Amanda at Atlas Waterside. She greeted me with warm, positive energy and listened attentively throughout our conversation. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. I highly recommend this community and its professional team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
