This place is awesome. Great management love my apartment and ❤️❤️❤️❤️Ms Mary and Ms Jones always go out their way to make sure everything is done and taken care of the maintenance team is awesome as well. Every time I had an issue, they came fast and got everything done in in a timely manner, the apartments are. Nice The bedrooms are spacious If you’re looking for an apartment rent here you’re gonna love it

I’ve lived here a number of years cause of the low cost. It gets worse every year. Roaches. Good luck getting rid of them. Pest control is one guy who kind of walks around and sprays barely anything anywhere. Grab a can of raid and it does the same work. Mice. Their solution is a couple glue traps A WEEK after I complained about it. No follow up. Had to duct tape over things and just hope that helps. Appliances aren’t put in perfectly, gaps everywhere. I live on a hill and my place has flooded from underground somehow and years later still no fix on the damage. Door leaks when it rains? Screw in some weather stripping that doesn’t solve the whole issue each time I say something. Gated community? No gates work. Front gate was taken out years ago. Back one is broken by semi trucks trying to get through years ago. Laundry? Ha. Parts on order, or so they say, since April. Everything still broken. Split level apartment and I can’t get my kitchen to be below 78 no matter what I do in the summer.

Very unpleasant apartment complex. When I tell you this place may as well be Section 8 living, I'm so serious. The gates never worked out of the 2 years we've lived here, parking lots are trash quality, appliances and everything else were poorly put together, and your rent free roach buddies that these people CLEARLY could care less about are the worse part. The German roaches at this complex are absolutely nuts. And they don't even attempt to fixate the problem whatsoever. They don't send out a legit pest control company that takes their time to kill them off, but they'd much rather cheap out and send some single dude out to do lousy sprays here and there and call it quits. The roaches here have already damaged our personal property between our water dispenser, toaster, our 800$ utensil cabinet, our kitchen table, our 700$ couch, roach crap all over our router and modem, etc. No amount or roach traps and spraying RAID will fix this issue.., ever. And let's talk about the fact that here recently, there was a pipe that burst in a vacant apartment next door at around 12:30AM and of course this place has no one to contact to do an emergency service. Water was coming out of our supply vents in our downstairs bedroom and bathroom, dripping from the ceiling, behind the paint in the walls, water covered most of the floor, etc. Ended up having to call the fire department to shut off the water to the building. Water ended up damaging MORE of our property in our closet and in our room, shocker. Black mold ended up forming on the carpet, and these people didn't do a SINGLE thing to help. All they did was send out some carpeting company that just left blowers in the room for a few days, and they didn't even replace the carpet. 😂 All they did was re-glue the SAME dirty black mold infested carpet to the ground and called it a day. We have a newborn that we couldn't even bring home due to their lack of concern for the situation and because we were scared for our child's health in the disgusting establishment. They didn't even fix the ceilings or the walls that were damaged in the process. Are you guys serious? Clearly, all you guys do is show up for a paycheck. Absolutely pathetic. I've lived in apartments in freaking LOUISIANA that have better living conditions than this trash complex. It's absolutely insane. And then these people have the audacity to keep raising the rent slowly but surely with absolutely no justification. Won't fix or renovate the buildings, won't fix the bug issue, shoot they can barely make sure the dumpsters are actually picked up by WM. There was a point where garbage was beyond overflowing to the point where garbage was out in the grass, parking lot, freaking everywhere. Furniture, a water heater, all sorts of crap left beside and on the outside of the dumpsters, etc. And the freaking ungodly smell that it produced for over a week+. This has happened a few times already. Another issue this place refuses to acknowledge is people's cars getting broken into.., which has apparently been a consistent issue since 2013ish. But that's not a concern to them, obviously. People need to stay clear of this place, hands down. Someone needs to call The Housing Authority on this spot ASAP.

Mrs. Kristi Jones has been such a blessing in helping me get into my first apartment! Patient and thorough and very busy but still giving me the attention I needed. This place is great and affordable and really helps me center myself and deal with my life on my own which I desperately needed. Thank you foundry!

Let me start by saying, I never leave reviews, but living here has been so awful I want to help others stay away from this place. This has been the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’ve lived here for a year and roaches have been a non stop problem. Noisy neighbors, car break ins, gates haven’t worked since I moved in, never seen the pool open, washers and dryers are always broken and management seems more concerned about cosmetic repairs than repairs that actually need to get done. The biggest issue has been the water. It’s shut off for repairs at least once a week for hours at a time. My shower stops working every other day. My neighbors have had floods that have leaked into my apartment. This place is an absolute nightmare. Management couldn’t care less about the people living here, and they make sure they get their rent money regardless of the issues your apartment is having. As other reviewers have stated, do not rely on the model apartment as an accurate representation of what you’re getting. The apartment looked nothing like what I saw when I toured, and I was extremely shocked when I moved in and saw where I was actually living. The only positive note about this place is the maintenance men. They’re very nice and try their best, but like I said, management doesn’t seem to care enough to give them enough resources to actually fix this place up. This place either needs a serious renovation or needs to be torn down completely. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
