So far the only interaction I’ve had to have with the maintenance staff was wonderful. My air conditioning stopped working, I put in a maintenance ticket late on Sunday night, they arrived to fix it the next morning. Joey in particular I interacted with the most. He was great!

Man it's been a disaster from the start. I was told I needed to make the move in date by end of month, to get the special promo. They made me rush to get paperwork done but I never got the 2months promo. Never was told I didn't get promo until the rent was due, costing me about 800 in extra charges. Management staff is garbage. Didn't try to work with me. Front office is clueless. I would stay away, many more issues. Going file against bell partners.

It’s a good place to live and the new staff Karen and Blake are amazing. My only issue is the parking garage and the walkways between the elevators. If they were cleaned more often it would help a lot. Terribly in need of pressure washing. Has a really grimmy look and feel to it.

This is the first and only apartment I have lived in that I would never suggest to someone else. Leasing/management is never in the office, they never answer the phone. My truck was towed despite me being a resident because the manager mixed up the reserved spots - then proceeded to encourage me to start paying for a spot..??!? When I moved in I didn’t have A/C, lights were out, ice maker didn’t work, etc. My A/C and ice maker have had constant issues throughout my 1yr lease. I have had numerous maintenance request closed with no work being done. I am currently doing my own repair on my ice maker because if you wait for maintenance, your lease will be up before they assist. I would run from this complex as this is the first and only time I have not been thrilled with my living experience.
I originally rated 2 stars which is far too high. My sink has been inside my cabinet since July 5th (when I put a maintenance request in) and I have asked the front office 2 times to come fix it and I am still waiting on July 19 and it’s the weekend so I’ll be waiting longer still. I cannot reiterate enough that this is the worst complex I have ever lived in (or had a friend live at) the turnover rate of front office and maintenance employees is sadly impressive. They can’t keep maintenance techs staffed so only live here if you want your A/C out for +25% of your lease. The people are nice but this complex is a mess. They will also tow your vehicle if a friend visits and takes more than 10min to register.

I have been living at Bell Lancaster for about four months and I can tell you that the building is wonderful. Blake and Karen in the office are so friendly and helpful, they made the application process and moving in very easy, and If I ever have a question, they are very generous with their time and will do anything they can to help. The building is spotless and runs very well and they just put in a great coffee machine. The maintenance staff are awesome, Parker and Donnie are super nice guys and if there is anything that's needs done in my apartment, they are right on it. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
