After living here for over a year, here’s my perspective.
Location – GREAT!
If you like bars, restaurants, and walking to the park, this place is amazing. There’s a great running club on the corner, lots of pet-friendly spots, and grocery stores nearby. At night it can get a little wild, but I never felt unsafe. Even though there are homeless people in the area, I’ve never had any issues with them.
Front Desk / Communication – Improved so much!
Lately, I have been receiving emails and seeing notes around the building regarding issues, events, business highlights, etc. Right now they are doing very well!
Maintenance – Good!
Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly when it’s related to appliances. However, pest control tickets are sometimes closed without the company actually coming to the apartment.
Activities – GREAT!
The couple who organizes activities is amazing. They are kind, listen to residents, and truly care. Before them, there was no community involvement, and they made a huge positive difference.
Cleanliness – Good!
Trash is picked up often, and hallways are cleaned sometimes. There’s also no cleaning on Fridays or Saturdays, which is when drunk people tend to make messes.
Parking – Bad!
They don’t own the garage, so they don’t care about issues. If your car gets scratched or broken into, it doesn’t matter to them. The gate breaks often, there are no cameras in resident parking areas, and they’re the ONLY complex nearby WITHOUT EV chargers. Company that takes care of the parking lot is really nice, they answer emails with requests really quick, but I still feel like EV charger is needed, and the apartment complex should care even though its not their property.
Amenities – Good!
The pool is small but always clean. The gym has a lot of workout options, and the pickleball court is fun.
Price – Fair
The renovated apartments are really nice and worth the price. You also save money on gas since everything is close.
Overall:
It’s a good place to live, but I’m moving because of electric car charging options.

I recently attended the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth get together and tour, and had an absolutely awesome experience. Tweety and Patrice, our Apartment Life Coordinators, do such a fantastic job with all the events they host for residents. They are an absolute asset to our vibrant community! Thank you both so very much for all that you do!!! Looking forward to ur next event, the Philly Cheesesteak Pop-Up! You all rock - please keep up the wonderful events! :-)

The Lofts at West Seventh is honestly the best-priced and nicest place to rent in Fort Worth that I’ve found. Everything in the city feels less than ten minutes away. On top of that, there are so many things you can simply walk to from the apartments, like the Kimbell Art Museum and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, plus tons of restaurants to choose from.
Alan and Shirley at the leasing office are also incredibly nice and helpful, which really makes living here even better. My wife and I are very happy here!

Absolutely love this place. Shelley is amazing. She helped us decide, from the numerous floor plans, which one was the best fit for our family. What a beautiful view on Crockett St from the 4th floor. She knows these buildings like the back of her hand. Always pleasant, friendly and eager to help with any issues. Maintenance is spot on. I don’t think we have ever waited more than a day to have any issue addressed. Usually if you put your maintenance request in by noon, it will be fixed the next day. Full stop. That is stellar. The maintenance staff is also very attentive, polite and approachable. The Internet is lightening fast at some 300 Mb and the valet trash pickup works well for any family. Just sit it outside your door and it’s picked up that evening. The apartment is virtually soundproof as we have never heard either of our neighbors. The hot water heater is huge for the wonderful garden tub. Still having hot water to do some dishes. The apartment is very climate efficient. Safety is paramount here. The elevators are gated as is the parking. It’s a smart home so thermostat and door locks can be accessed through an app. Also, keypad entry on every apartment. So forgetting your key is never an issue here. Key fobs and key codes for secure entrance to the building. There are always activities planned. Several “dog park” areas and very family pet friendly. Pickle ball court and gorgeous pool. Grills everywhere to use at your convenience. Trinity park is within walking distance as are a dozen fantastic restaurants. Even the quality of residents is the best I’ve seen. Most people are so nice and easy to talk to. Also, Parcel Pending by the mail room allows Amazon packages to be placed in a locker, where you must enter your personal code to retrieve. We are moving into a house out in the country and there is literally no other apartment community I would want be a part of.Thanks Shelley for such a great experience.

Living here at the Lofts on W 7th means my car is basically just for show now.
Everything you need is right outside your door (well a few doors) -food, drinks, coffee, and yes... 🍷wine tasting. You can
walk everywhere and still feel fancy doing it. 😉
The place is stylish, the location is elite, and Shelley deserves a trophy for how helpful she was. Seriously-she made the whole thing smooth, easy, and stress-free. If you like convenience, comfort, and not driving for wine, this is your spot. 😌
