I lived here from August 2023 to January 2026 (two separate units), and my experience with management was beyond frustrating.
When I moved out of my first unit, they did a walkthrough with me and told me everything was fine. Months later, I randomly receive a letter saying I owe $73. I immediately emailed the office and was told it was βspamβ and to disregard it. A month later, I check Credit Karma β my credit score had dropped 109 points because THEY sent that same $73 to collections.
After I reached back out, I got an βoops, my bad.β Thatβs it. No urgency. No accountability. Just a casual response after damaging my credit over $73. That level of carelessness is unacceptable. You donβt βoopsβ someoneβs credit score.
Then when I moved out in January 2026, I left two trash bags β something that had been explicitly allowed and mentioned multiple times in property emails. They charged me $150 for it and refused to properly explain or refund it. It honestly feels like they will charge you for anything once your lease ends just to squeeze more money out of you.
On top of that, the fire alarms go off constantly β often in the middle of the night. And they are so loud you are forced to evacuate the building. I canβt even count how many times this happened while I lived there. Itβs exhausting and completely disruptive.
The location and units themselves are nice. But management? Once your lease is up, you donβt matter. Between random charges and credit damage over $73, this was one of the most unprofessional rental experiences Iβve had.
Document everything if you move here.

Fantastic communication. Proactive front office that does a lot of community building appreciation events! Iβve had all maintenance requests responded immediately. Love the location and dog friendly apartments. Very happy with my move here!

I am a possible new resident, and Opal made my experience so incredible. The whole staff is attentive and caring. The facilities appear to be well-kept and up to date. I recommend looking into the Broadstone if you are looking for a new place to live and want an easy transition!

I had such a wonderful experience at Broadstone on Trinity, thanks to Opal and Lilyauna. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine positive energy, warm smiles, and excellent communication. Both ladies were incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel truly valued.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of Fort Worth. You can really feel the pride and care that goes into this community. I highly recommend Broadstone on Trinity and its amazing teamβOpal and Lilyauna truly make this place shine! πππ»π―

Lived here just over a year. Facility was a nice location and maintained fairly well, but few issues from fire alarms going off in the middle of the night with no communication during the cold winter, police presence various times with the same generic βsafetyβ email sent out, and was constantly surrounded by crazy construction at the time.
However, like other reviews say - you can leave your apartment almost spotless and they will find a way to charge you for absurd things after your lease is up. When you call no one will give you answer and theyβll refer you to the receivables department which will just get you voicemail machines. I tried for months and got no response until they eventually send it to a debt collector and try to force you to pay it. You can dispute the debt but theyβll still put the mark on your credit and keep you waiting while providing proof that doesn't make sense. It's a long process to ultimately force you pay and the front office only gives βapologiesβ because βthe final accounts are not handled at a site level.β Really disappointed that the move out experience ruined what was a decent living experience.
Attached pictures is the state we left the apartment in and were charged for a full repaint of the apartment for $208 and a valet trash fee over $72 that I have still yet to understand. Make sure to request a final in person walk through with the manager upon move out to try to avoid this.
