Chisholm Ranch Apartments

Came from Addison to tour an apartment today. Even rescheduled around noon to see a place at 2:30. We showed up to take our tour and we were denied for “rain”. I said it would have been nice if someone had reached out to let us know, but they can’t even get into their own system to cancel appointments. When they reach out to you, just know it’s an AI and no a real person. Very very aggravating. Complete waste of time.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering signing a lease here to think twice. My experience with Tamara at the front desk has been extremely disappointing. She is rarely available, and when she is, she consistently has a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. I recently went into the leasing office for assistance with accessing the community gate. Instead of receiving help, I was brushed off and treated rudely. While I was there, another resident came in visibly frustrated after waiting for hours for assistance. Rather than showing empathy or urgency, Tamara dismissed him as well. It was clear that residents’ time and concerns are not being prioritized. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a place where people are paying to live. Unfortunately, that standard is not being met here. I regret signing my lease and would not recommend this community based on my experience.
