Came from Addison to tour an apartment today. Even rescheduled around noon to see a place at 2:30. We showed up to take our tour and we were denied for “rain”. I said it would have been nice if someone had reached out to let us know, but they can’t even get into their own system to cancel appointments. When they reach out to you, just know it’s an AI and no a real person. Very very aggravating. Complete waste of time.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering signing a lease here to think twice. My experience with Tamara at the front desk has been extremely disappointing. She is rarely available, and when she is, she consistently has a dismissive and unprofessional attitude.
I recently went into the leasing office for assistance with accessing the community gate. Instead of receiving help, I was brushed off and treated rudely. While I was there, another resident came in visibly frustrated after waiting for hours for assistance. Rather than showing empathy or urgency, Tamara dismissed him as well. It was clear that residents’ time and concerns are not being prioritized.
Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a place where people are paying to live. Unfortunately, that standard is not being met here. I regret signing my lease and would not recommend this community based on my experience.

I took a tour at #ChisholmRanchApartments because i wanted to move closer to work. After my tour with Tamara it's decided. This was my second time to visit, and my experience was the same. It is apparent that this new management has whatever issues people were talking about, remedied, or they were just the kind that make long rants to make themselves feel more important. I had nothing but an extremely informed tour and ms Tamara had me laughing at the end. I love people that can ease your stress and make you smile. This is stressful, moving, touring, reading between the sales pitch and the truth. I even watched as some pretty irate people cut in front of me as we were coming back to the office, and ms Tamara politely asked me if she could see what the matter was. That is Definitely NOT someone who didn't care about people living here would say. Asking to take time away or maybe loosing a sale, to make sure whatever this woman had going on was taken care of. It i wasn't convinced before i Definitely am Now, the people on these reviews ranting about weird stuff and slamming managers or performance are complete lunatics. I've been helped on the phone the same way in person numerous times by this staff, even heard the crazies popping off, and have nothing but great things to say. Believe me, I was asked to write a review after I decided to lease here. I Never write reviews, but thought, i had a Really great experience here. I was going to say a quick few words about how much fun it was, how absolutely professional and attentive everyone was. But that went out the window when i saw, some Snasty reviews. It was scandalous what I was reading from some of these people clearly giving fake names and what sounds like made up or highly exaggerated problems. I believe i'll be treated the way i saw with my own eyes, Kindly, With Respect, and Urgently if it's a problem, and will probably even be laughing as i walk out of the office, with peace of mind. #110% POSITIVE RATING for this Staff, Community, and Cleanliness. Make that 1000%. I'd like to be heard too. Check out my pictures. They're real, taken on the spot, even on a surprised visit, #100% Positive Review (both visits, calls, emails). *and Loving the huge closets.

After reviewing other residents’ feedback, I recognize there are concerns regarding management, communication, and professionalism. While experiences may vary, I want to share my own.
I have had a consistently positive experience with Gloria. She has always been professional, respectful, and helpful. I understand she operates within the limits of her authority, as many decisions are made by higher-level management or ownership. My concerns are directed toward ownership and overall property management, not her.
However, there are serious property issues that need immediate attention. If residents are expected to follow the lease agreement, then management should also meet their responsibilities—especially regarding safety. The security gate is a major concern. There have been multiple occasions when side security gates have been left wide open, allowing unrestricted access to the property. This creates a safety risk and could result in residents choosing to move elsewhere. It is a beautiful property, but failure to address this issue may impact resident retention.
The gate must be fixed, and all entry points should be secure. Ownership needs to take accountability and prioritize resident safety.
Additionally, residents should be allowed to fully use the pool, as it is an amenity we pay for. Last year, access was limited due to high costs and delays, which was disappointing.
The patio fine policy also needs to be more reasonable. Residents should not be penalized for patio conditions when landscaping practices contribute to debris buildup.
Lastly, communication with residents needs improvement. Clear, consistent updates and transparency would go a long way in strengthening trust within the community.
No property or management team is perfect, but ownership must take responsibility for addressing these ongoing concerns. Improving security, amenity access, fairness in policies, and communication will greatly enhance the resident experience.
The five stars are for Gloria.

My experience with this apartment complex has been very disappointing due to management’s lack of communication and consistency.
I was scheduled to move in on October 26–27 but did not hear back from any representative and had to repeatedly follow up myself. The leasing agent I was working with left without notice, and no one reached out to update me. Because of this, I wasn’t able to move in until November 1st or 2nd and was left without housing for several days after being told I could move in.
In December, I was offered a free month of rent, but about 15 days later I was told I was receiving an eviction notice for nonpayment. Management also could not locate the contract we signed.
I am moving out early due to a job opportunity and because the apartment was not properly cleaned and had roaches when I moved in. I provided a 60-day notice and was initially told I would only owe the buyout/break-lease fee. Now I’m being told I owe more than what was originally communicated, with no prior notice.
Overall, management does not follow through on what they say and fails to communicate with residents. The apartments are just okay, but for the price, the experience is not worth it. I would not recommend this property based on management alone.
