Dec 4, 2025Pleanty of issues to discuss, but today it's the hot water. Hot water is intermittent and typically is luke warm, and it doesn't the time of day. To add to this, water is shut of pretty regularly to fix plumbing issues, and we are given very little warning. Finally, washing machines are often not working or do not receive hot water.
I am adding this because once again the water has been shut off with 20min notice. Of course someone was taking a shower when the water was shut off. Not sure how often this happens, but I would bet its 1x a month.
Next matter of business is the parking. Parking along Pennsylvania is still not being policed. I shouldn't have to fear for my life every time I leave from the back parking lot due to cars blocking my view. The front parking lot is too narrow for the amount of spaces. When pickup trucks decide to park out by the entrance, or a painters van parked inproperly and sticking out in the middle of the parking lot, it makes for a very dangerous situation, pulling in and / or out.
I have also noticed that there have been cars parked in the lots without moving for weeks to months. 1 vehicle in particular has been in the front lot with air suspension broken and all tires flat, for over a year now. Registration is from 2022.
On my list next is the washer and dryer situation. Rarely are they all working properly and those that do work have clothes left in them for days. We are told that we have to report these machines and not management, and that the service provider is horrible about returning calls and coming to fix.
