By far the worst complexes I’ve ever stayed in I was tenant for a year and that’s all I needed (move in day was the apartment I was showed and told I was getting). I stayed on the 4th floor the halls were always trashy and dirty. The elevator was a hit or miss always trashy and pissy (couldn’t tell if it was human urine or animal urine it was just that disgusting). My lease was up in March but they sent a letter in January stating “if you are not renewing your lease please inform us so your deposit can be returned “ did that, thought everything was peachy until random packages starting showing up at my door, come to find out they had leased my apartment out with me still being a tenant. I would put work orders in for maintenance ; it was always hit or miss. Then for about 6 months I was being harassed by my next door neighbor (he would purposely kick my valet trash and scatter it, would play on my door, and harass my younger sister) I went to the office to make a complaint , no measures or reassurance were given, and it was all because he was having inappropriate relations with one of the younger office ladies. The list goes on, Slum Apartment’s top finest if you were looking!!

I love the customer service presented in the office by to sweet ladies Ms.Michelle and Ms.Tammy. They’re very good with communication also willing to help at all times. Any issues or maintenance request are always handled professionally. I really do appreciate these ladies they’ve worked so hard to make these apartments a better place to live. They have implemented a new YMCA program for our children to have some where fun to go after school. If you looking for a place to call home stop by and talk too these two ladies they will be more then happy to help .

I moved to the area because all my doctors are close by and when I tell you I made the right decision in picking this lovely apartments to call my home Thanks Ms. Michelle And Mrs.Tammy and the maintenance team for doing a great job at maintaining the property.

I love living here. Great price for the location. Office staff is really nice. And time I call them Ms Michelle and Ms Tammy helps me with anything I need.

Words could never describe how amazing our front office is, Ms Michelle and MrsTammy do an outstanding job making sure they keep everyone in an safe and clean environment.. Any concerns that we ever had they took care of it in a timely manner..Thanks again to our front office and our fantastic maintenance team for making this place feel like home.. Mr.G!!😀
