Ok so this place isn’t like the best ever, but it’s definitely not the worst either. I do kinda wish they would update it but the apartment itself is actually pretty decent. A few things have gone wrong but the repair guy fixed them. The area is pretty good and not far from stuff which is convenient. I use the gym sometimes and I’m honestly just waiting for the pool to open.
I moved here not really knowing what to expect, but it’s actually been a really good experience. The apartments are more spacious than I thought and don’t feel cramped. The 24 hour gym is really convenient but the treadmill hasn’t been working which is annoying but not a huge deal. My parents were worried about safety when I moved, but the gates and TCU police nearby make it feel secure. I walk pretty much everywhere and there are a lot of food places and even tanning close by, which is super convenient. The covered parking is nice, but it does cost extra. Overall it’s been a really easy place to live.
