Very expensive rent for little to no amenities. Staff is often unresponsive. Fire alarms have gone off for hours with no indication of when they’ll turn off. They shut down their payment portal due to changes in management and without notifying residents. Spare yourself the grief and money, don’t live here.

Love staying here at Loft Vue !! It’s super close to campus and the leap bus so super convenient. Our apartment is super sweet and cozy !! And the staff is also super helpful and kind - in the times I’ve had questions or any situation that’s come up, they’ve been consistent, responsive and helpful!

I have really enjoyed living at Loft Vue. It's so close to TCU, grocery stores, restaurants, and so much more. It is in a prime location. The apartment itself is safe, and I really love that it's furnished. I enjoy the amenities we have access to, and the staff are great. The only downside is that there can be noise issues in the area where the apartment is located, but that's out of their control, and I wish it had a swimming pool. Other than that, I am delighted with my apartment!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. The WORST rental experience l've EVER had. I can’t even describe the frustration this place has given me. This place is completely mismanaged and borderline dishonest. We lived with a hole in the bathroom ceiling for weeks, no working Wi-Fi for months (while still being charged for it), and constant elevator breakdowns. Management entered our apartment before our move-out date, removed personal belongings (including cleaning supplies I needed), and then had the nerve to charge cleaning fees. They bill inconsistently, ignore refund requests for months, and even turned our electricity back on without permission to make us pay more utilities. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and unfair. Save yourself the stress and do not rent here. This place was made to steal money from you, from 20 years old college kids, YOU SHOULD BE REALLY ASHAMED!

Classic student housing. The building is a bit worn down. Needs upgrading . Looks like it was a hit a couple of years ago but has been abused by students. They charge students a lot of money when moving out. Literally charging them for paint repairs, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, left items etc. they are basically trying to remodel apartments with fees. Shame on them. I WOULD NOT MOVE IN HERE. There are better options out there. Also, the hallways are filthy and it always smells really bad
