This is a great place to live! Beautiful location with easy access to Trinity trails, shopping and activities. The staff is excellent and so supportive. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Such a great community!

The staff are so amazing! Moving from another state and finding a new place to live can be challenging. Dale, Kate, and Corey have all been so professional, helpful, friendly, and kind! I am excited to be moving into our new apartment soon! This seems like a peaceful, safe, family friendly community in a wonderful neighborhood with fantastic restaurants, stores, and local activities!

I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Marquis at Stonegate as my home. I truly feel safe in this neighborhood, which is not only dog-friendly but also where everyone respects each other's space. The parking situation is convenient and reasonable, which is a major plus. Located in a prime area, I'm surrounded by an abundance of stores, restaurants, and local activities—it's simply perfect! The pool is always pristine, and the property is well-maintained, reflecting the care put into this community. The staff is responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any concerns or questions I may have. Additionally, the monthly resident events foster a wonderful sense of community. It’s the ideal blend of a family-friendly atmosphere while still catering to individual residents. I feel right at home here!

I moved here almost 2 months ago and I love it. My apartment is great. Any small issue I’ve had, such as light bulbs going out, has been resolved the next day before I get home. The leasing agent Corey is extremely helpful and kind. The trains did throw me off at first but I got used to them within a few days and I rarely even notice it anymore. I also love that I have access to the trails and Trader Joe’s ;).

These apartments offer just about everything one would want. Kim Elam, Karen, Alexandra and Kellen in the front office are friendly and truly care that the residents are happy to live here. Any maintenance concerns that may arise are taken care of quickly and professionally by Edgar, Sal, Tony and others. The whole complex is very well maintained with new projects always going on to keep it looking in tip-top shape and adding new functionality. The pool and fitness room are always clean. It’s close to great shopping and restaurants, and is close to both I-20 and I-30. The Trinity Trail is accessible from the back of the complex so you can go biking or walking.
