Really nice, modern decor. There's a fitness area and pool. But, it seems there's a deposit or fee (added to the monthly rent) for everything from garbage pickup to concierge service (still haven't figured the concierge thing out yet (it's not like there's an attended front desk because it's not a single apartment building, but a complex)???

Just moved here yesterday and i would like to give a shout to Stephanie. She’s an Amazing person and a hard worker, she showed us around and attended to us every time we needed her. This gave us the confidence to choose Monarch Pass as our home because we knew we would be taken care of here. Thank you Stephanie

These are without a doubt the worst, nastiest apartments in Fort Worth. There has been a very bad rodent infestation here for at least 15 years. The same with roaches. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing and people see it overflowing and just keep throwing trash in it. Don’t even get me started on crime. I’ve seen people get beat up, shot, and stabbed over there. Children have died over there. There have been sexual assaults. Multiple break ins. I don’t even know why they have a security guard on duty since they don’t secure anything. At least when I lived there security would at least make sure you lived in the apartments before letting you in. Honestly I’d go to the shelter before I moved over here, it’s definitely cleaner.

Terrible management. I’ve gone to the office several times to report problems, but nothing ever gets fixed. They keep lying, saying “someone will come,” but no one shows up. My lights and outlets haven’t worked for weeks. The woman in the office raises her voice for no reason and talks to tenants in a disrespectful way. That’s very unprofessional. Maintenance is extremely slow. It takes weeks or even a month to get anything fixed. You have to report the same issue multiple times, and they still don’t show up. They always blame a “system error.” I’ve submitted the same request 4 or 5 times and still nothing has been done. The staff clearly doesn’t care about tenants or their comfort. ⚠️ I absolutely do not recommend living here. Poor service, rude staff, and never-ending maintenance delays.
