Great tour! Only reason for not applying today is because gotta make sure sister is on board! Bianca was really sweet and so was a resident! Hopefully we can move in ASAP!

Dee was very helpful with maintenance! He was very knowledgeable and fixed everything that was wrong in the apartment, our ceiling light was connected to the tv and it gave us a hassle. But he fixed it and was so nice to explain the issue while working. Even we had the washer drain water inside and the cycle wouldn’t finish but he helped! I highly recommend him!

Run. Do not rent here under any circumstance.
The only reason I’m leaving a review is because months after running as far as I could from these horrible people I am still receiving emails asking for a review.. Here it is.
They refused to allow me to see the actual unit I would be moving into due to “needing cleaned” this continued for over a week. (As well as pushing back my move in date twice) The real reason they won’t show you the actual units it’s because they are a fraction of the show units in every aspect. Which is to be expected but they are drastically less up-kept, clean, and they are also trying to hide from you the overall appearance of the property. Sidewalks are washed out, most amenities are out of order or inaccessible, mail boxes are extremely small with no other Dropbox or delivery option so if you’re expecting anything larger than a letter… Good luck.
I was threatened with eviction and called vulgar names by office staff when a conversation became heated about a maintenance request that was never addressed that was putting my health and safety at risk. There is not a true “emergency maintenance line” at all. If there is truly an emergency you will have to call state emergency services and hope the complex gets back to you about it prior to 72 hours. Which I did have to do. My roof collapsed due to water leak and left water running into my apartment for over three days. The hole exposed mold and when I finally reached the complex about the matter they explained it “couldn’t be mold because I wouldn’t be able to bare the smell of it truly was mold” this was said even after never having come to view the incident. They ended up patching directly over it without ever getting to the root problem.
There is not adequate parking for paying tenants, and accessibility gates are chained closed and well.. inaccessible. There is no type of security. Gates do not close, cameras are not available anywhere but the main office, and there is no security team in place like advertised, in an already sketchy area of town. The entire property reeks of marijuana and cat urine, as there are dozens of cats running around that seem to not have homes/owners.
You cannot reach the office. There is no number for tenants, they make you jump through hoops to even get a direct email to the employees then are extremely disrespectful and belittling when you eventually call them out on lack of communication or even communication effort. Any time you attempt to reach the office it is a robot with absolutely no option of connecting to a human.
The units are truly “landlord specialed” to a degree I did not know possible. And when the maintenance team causes damage they will blame and charge you for their own mistake. They units, while cheap are extremely overpriced when all is taken into account.
There was not a singular positive experience during my time here. I wish I could post a sign in front of the complex to detour people away.
Truly the worst living situation I have ever experienced.

I absolutely love my apartment! It’s very spacious—perfect for one—without breaking my pockets. The sunroom is such a great bonus, and I really enjoy how much natural light it brings in. The new property management team has been amazing—quick to respond to emails, calls, and maintenance requests. I also appreciate the beautiful landscaping around the property, which makes it feel even more like home.

We have been dealing with the same ongoing problem at Prescott Apartments for far too long ,excessive mud in common areas and walkways. Despite repeated maintenance requests, there has been no real resolution. The mud creates both a mess and a safety hazard, yet nothing meaningful is done to address it.
What’s more frustrating is that maintenance staff often claim they’ve cleaned the area when they haven’t, and instead of acknowledging the problem, they make you feel like you’re in the wrong for even bringing it up. This lack of accountability and basic respect for residents is disappointing and unprofessional.
For the paying tenant you would expect at least a clean and well-maintained environment. Unfortunately, Prescott Apartments has failed to meet even that standard. Until management takes these concerns seriously, I cannot recommend living here.
