We rented an Aibnb unit 405 and the host James and Andrea said we smoked in the unit, charging us $250. We DO NOT SMOKE PERIOD. They said the maintenance man said he smelled smoke. ALL LIES! The windows are thin and air gets into the unit easily. We stayed 1 week and the upstairs neighbor sounded like he was trying to kick through the ceiling every day. No need for an alarm clock, the neighbors will wake you up. The tenants leave trash outside of their doors. There is construction material strewn all over the property as well. Apparently Andrea and James are just as trashy as the apartment complex. Do not rent here nor book an Airbnb here. If you do, immediately request a refund. That is unless you like being lied on and charged $250 to supplement the broke peoples income.
