Stay away from this place.. management is a sorry joke. High turnover. I lived there for over 2 years. Pool was closed basically the entire time --Because "kids throw rocks in the pool." They lied. They just didn't want to cough up $! I called the city inspector and came to find out management owed money to the city of Fort Worth and were too incapable or be bothered to pay the license fee to get the pool up to code. The office didn't like I called them out. One time there was someone living in the dumpster across from my apartment. Cockroach problem sucked also.

Mallina was my leasing agent and she was amazing!!! From the beginning to move in she kept me updated on the process and she really helped me in every way possible. She was able to answer any questions I had and was happy to answer them. I would recommend her to anyone looking to move here because she’s great at her job and makes you feel at ease throughout the process!!! Thank you for a great move in experience!!!

I would love to give a huge shout out to Mrs. Shay that works in the leasing office she does an outstanding job and you’ll know her by the energy she gives whenever you walk into the office!!! She’s amazing at what she does and will help you in anyway possible to make you feel comfortable and trust the process! Leasing agents and manager never answer the phone, very rude and cut you off multiple times trying to talk to them. When I went to sign my lease the first time there was an employees dog in there and pooped a few feet away from me and didn’t even apologize. When it was time to renew my lease I have to call them multiple times for them to send it over. I put in multiple maintenance orders and whenever the maintenance guys get here they apologize to me because they tell me the leasing agents don’t tell them what jobs they have at the beginning of the day. Do not recommend living here, especially for the price. You could get much more professionalism and high-quality apartment somewhere else! I usually wait in the office for things and I witness first hand them hanging up phones or never answering. Very frustrating. Most of the time talking to them I usually make sure IM the nice one because they get impatient easily instead of them making sure they’re being the nice ones. I definitely do not ever feel taken care of in any way by the staff here weather it’s maintenance, renewing a lease, communication, it seems like I’m the one working any time I have to communicate with them.

April was incredibly helpful throughout my apartment process. She was professional, patient, and made everything so much easier for me to understand. She answered all my questions clearly, kept me updated, and guided me through every step. I really appreciated how friendly and supportive she was.
