Isaiah is the best apartment employee I’ve ever dealt with and provided such amazing support during my lease at the Bexley Clearfork. Cannot recommend this property more.

Good... except a few things. First off, this complex does not enforce property owners to clean up pet waste. It's disgusting to have to walk by dog crap on the sidewalk and putting the pet waste bin right by the entrance to the unit so you have to smell dog crap every time you enter the building is GROSS. They need to start banning pets or doubling the fees pet owners pay or fining pet owners who don't clean up pet waste so we don't have to put up with this. Second, you have to throw your trash in the dumpster except you can't even reach the dumpster due a mountain of trash blocking you from accessing the dumpster and there being only one dumpster for the whole complex (also ridiculous). There should be at least 3 for a complex of this size. Next, the smell of weed is constant in the hallways and elevators. Obviously staff cannot control this exactly, but why do they allow tenants to smoke illegal substances in their complex? Mind-boggling really. And last, and most frustrating of all, are the CONSTANT maintenance requests. I've made 3 maintenance requests for the same issue and they said it was fixed the previous two times. Today, the smoke alarm beeped extremely loud at 1 AM FOR NO REASON. No fire, no smoke, no nothing. Completely random and woke me up. They need to fix it. Other small persistent issues as well, like floorboards being loose, the lights going out, and the kitchen sink garbage disposal malfunctioning. It seems like they do not do an adequate job of maintenance, especially after they did a recent "inspection" and changed the smoke alarm... allegedly. Why is still beeping randomly then?

I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service provided by Erin, the maintenance technician at Bexley ClearFork. She consistently demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to keeping both my apartment and the property in excellent condition. Erin’s positive attitude, friendly personality, and genuine care make her a valued part of our community!

I’ve lived at Bexley Clearfork for about six months, paying over $2,400/month for what is marketed as a “luxury” apartment. Unfortunately, the reality is far from it.
The trash area is constantly overflowing, often turning into a literal mountain of garbage. Management makes zero effort to address the issue, and it’s gotten to the point where raccoons are regularly tearing through bags at night—spreading trash everywhere. Taking out the trash after dark feels unsafe and unhygienic.
The interior of the building is no better. Dead bugs, beetles, and even roaches are often left in the hallways for weeks without being cleaned up. Despite multiple complaints to management, there has been no meaningful improvement. What’s worse is that some of the management staff live on-site, so they see the same issues residents do and still take no action.
The dog park is full of waste, the pet bins are constantly overflowing, and again, there’s no accountability or regular upkeep from staff. The hallways haven’t been cleaned in months, and the elevator is rarely sanitized.
In addition to the cleanliness problems, the building construction is subpar. The walls and floors are extremely thin—you can hear everything. Simple things like missing bolts on stairway handrails highlight a lack of attention to basic safety and maintenance.
This community charges luxury prices but fails to deliver even basic standards of cleanliness, safety, or upkeep. I cannot recommend living here.

Hanover makes it easy for the entrepreneur. Conference rooms, office space, large projector screens, and lounge are equipped with everything needed to impress a client. The setting is both comfortable and classy. More importantly, the staff is as luxurious as the space. I can be confident that anyone I invite will be greeted with respect, quality service, and smiles. Smiles! Smiles all the time, like you see here on Kawanda, Cody and Ellie. A few days ago I was hosting guests and needed tech support and they delivered. As does every staff person here. They go above and beyond like I could have never imagined. They truly make life easier.
