STAY AWAY This apartment complex could not be run more unprofessionally. I’m not sure Weinstein Properties even realizes just how terrible this complex in particular is being ran. Elevators are constantly dirty every single day, hallways and elevators stink, walls and floors are very thin, and garbage is a constant overflow. A simple maintenance request takes DAYS on DAYS. Not to mention, the dog waste constantly left over everywhere for anyone to see every day. There was dog waste in the mail package room one time. Just COMPLETELY unacceptable for somewhere that charges as much as they do. If you have a hybrid/electric vehicle, and find the electric chargers a solid option, keep in mind Bexley Clearfork has 0 enforcement on anything that happens in their parking lot. They do not care if a vehicle isn’t charging, or if it’s a gas only car parked in these clearly marked electric charging parking spaces. Not to mention, 2 chargers have been completely offline and broken for at least 4-5 months now. The woman in the front office with red hair was asked about this practice of residents continuing to take advantage of these spots, and she became very rude when asking why these parking spaces are allowed to constantly be taken advantage of. She told us with an attitude that they were going to be removing these signs completely that marked these spaces off, and told me that even if every space is taken by residents with gas cars, they do not care and to “find a charger somewhere else in town”. She said they literally do not care, and clearly had a problem with this even being brought to her attention. I immediately contacted Weinstein Properties, and I was met with a totally different response, and was told the entire opposite of what this woman informed us. Within 2 days, every sign was changed at these chargers to reflect the enforcement that Weinstein Properties expects. However, the front office still does not care whatsoever as residents with gas only vehicles park in these areas constantly with 0 repercussions. So you have employees here giving attitude to residents when asked about something that should be a given, and then lying straight to their faces. How wonderful. There are PLENTY of other apartment complexes around this area that have amazing management. Do not settle for these scumbags. Unless you like paying that much more for a mediocre apartment & piss poor management, I would avoid and stay away from Bexley Clearfork entirely.
