Nick at The George is fantastic! He’s always so engaging and personable. I have toured with him a few times and honestly despite there being other options for apartment rentals he keeps me coming back. I also love the building and all the amenities! I hope to call this “home” very soon. :)

I moved into an apartment in The George about 4 months ago and moved out after 4 months. This place is incredibly over priced for what you get for your money. I chose the complex due to the Google reviews and now realize why they have a huge sign at the entry/exit asking for Google reviews. Once you start talking to your neighbors as well as getting settled into your apartment you quickly realize what a mistake it was moving in. I noticed way more people moving out than moving in. Hence the reason for the current move-in specials. I spent very few nights actually being able to sleep as the exterior lighting shines brightly into the apartment and the cheap blinds are very ineffective. The day I moved in I began to unpack and wash clothes, only to find out that the dryer wasn't working and the vent hose wasn't even connected ( really shows how much they value new residents). It took almost 2 weeks for them to replace the unit. So 2 weeks in and I was still unable to do any wash! Then the ice maker stopped working ( I assume it stopped or maybe never worked at all) I again put in a work order to have it corrected. It was a few days later that it was again out of order. After the 3rd time I gave up and purchased plastic ice trays to use in the freezer. I chose a place on the first floor to make it easy only to find out on day one that as a resident there is no parking allowed on the first floor, no big deal until the elevator on your side stops working. This was constantly happening, park a few floors up and have groceries or other items to take home only to find out that yet again the elevator is not working or locked out for some reason. This happens multiple times a week. They will also have various functions in Clearfork where the police will hold traffic or direct it but never seem to stop the flow of people allowing residents to pull out. I always want to weigh the pros and cons before making any big decisions and that includes moving out long before my lease termination date. I paid the ridiculous early termination fee and left. So very many places just as nice or nicer for a fraction of the price. Do yourself a favor and really look around before considering this place. The pros here DO NOT out weigh the cons……not even close. I am sure there will be a standard response from The George saying how sorry they are that I had such a poor experience and they strive for better than that. Don’t believe it, they want your money and thats all!

I’ve been very pleased at THE GEORGE . The grounds are well-maintained , clean environment and the community feels safe and welcoming. Management is professional, responsive, and easy to work with — they address questions quickly and clearly. I especially appreciate the maintenance team, goes above and beyond. Requests are handled promptly, thoroughly, and with a friendly attitude. Overall this property offers great value and excellent service — I highly recommend it.

Josh is an absolute maintenance superstar! The entire office team is friendly, professional, and always helpful. This is truly a great place to live, it’s clean, well-kept, and super convenient to shops and restaurants. Loving where you live makes all the difference.

✔️THE GEORGE is such a wonderful place with amazing amenities and beautiful landscaping, with great security features and they’re always putting on cool events for the residents even for our pets and the office is just wonderful when I first looked at the apartment. Jesus showed me my unit and help me make the decision. He’s so knowledgeable incredible along with the rest of the staff GM - Chris Holt and Assistant GM Autumn and Nic as I’ve gotten to know the rest of the staff you cannot just not fall in love with them. They’re always so helpful and wonderful but my first contact was with Jesus. He is just so knowledgeable. The GEORGE, team is always willing to help and always willing to go out of their way to make their residence Be absolutely 100% happy with The team here at THE GEORGE is just extremely fabulous.
