My husband and I are truly grateful for Kendra who helped us with applying for our apartment. We were having issues initially with the online application and being able to submit payment. Thankfully Kendra took the time to walk us through the steps and we were able to complete everything. We are extremely excited to move into our beautiful apartment and start the new chapter of our lives. Thank you Greenhouse staff both of you were amazing.....

I recently volunteered for their holiday Apartment Life party. Let me first say, I had a blast. They were all so very kind, the decorations were top tier, the music playlist was nice and people kept showing up and were giving plenty of compliments. I would 100% volunteer again for every event they have.

My husband and I absolutely love living here! We’re part of the on-site Apartment Life team and have the joy of hosting monthly community events — and the residents are truly amazing. Everyone is so friendly, caring, and a joy to be around! The leasing office team is incredible — they’re quick to respond to any questions, always helpful, and super friendly. The maintenance team is awesome too! Requests are handled the same day or as soon as possible if an outside contractor is needed — and they actually fix issues (unlike some apartments we’ve lived in before). Truly an all-star team! The property itself is beautiful — lush greenery, five water fountains, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes evening walks around the complex feel therapeutic. We love our patio entry, the spacious two-story ceilings, and all the ample storage. This community has truly become home for us. Between the wonderful staff, the beautiful grounds, and the warm neighbors, we couldn’t be happier living here!

From Searching, Move In & Lease renewal the process was smooth with the help of Kendra. She is amazing. The other thing we love about living here at the GH apt's is that they are part of Apartment Life which was something new to us. (Bonus to have in the apartment community). We had a real nice coordinator but she moved but replaced by a lovely couple and they go above and beyond with the decors on each event for the residents. We appreciate the apartment life events & coordinators we have now. Hope they are here to stay for the long haul along with Kendra. 🙏🤗🎉

Greenhouse Apartments has such a quaint and charming feel. I loved the inviting pool area and the overall peaceful vibe of the community. I met with the manager, Kendra, who was friendly, professional, and welcoming, along with the rest of the staff. I work with Apartment Life, and I’m always excited to see communities like Greenhouse that have an onsite team hosting fun, meaningful events for residents. It’s a great place to live with a strong sense of community!
